InterContinental Beijing Beichen

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Beijing Beichen. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and offers everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing visit.The location is perfect, quiet, yet very convenient for exploring Beijing and attending nearby events. The facilities are modern and elegant, and the breakfast selection was impressive.What truly made our stay special was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Everyone we met was welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made a lasting impression.We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Last-minute booking that was a pleasant surprise. Location was great as was visiting the convention centre, which is just a very short walk away. Hotel clean and modern. Large well appointed rooms. Comfortable bed. Very quiet and slept well. Helpful staff. Food at restaurants was reasonable. Would stay again.

The most convenient location and international standard hotel near the Bird's Nest stadium. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One tiny gripe was that deliveries are placed outside the hotel's doors and Hotel rejected receiving if Drivers were unable to call through the delivery app due to international contact numbers.

The hotel staff was great! Melissa helped me with a package being shipped from Shanghai to the hotel at Beijing and really helped me. China has such nice people and this hotel proved it even more. I was going to the convention center so the location was very convenient. It’s also close to a subway entrance so you can easily find your way around town!

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, which has an excellent location just a 5-10 minute walk from the China Convention Centre II, where my event was being held. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to central Beijing.||The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently supporting my attempts at speaking Chinese and had good English when needed. The rooms were spacious and featured a comfy bed.||Breakfast was good overall, with one exception: there were no bananas!! This was a bit disappointing, especially since many athletes were staying for the Hyrox competition and bananas are a necessity for electrolytes. Fortunately, there was a supermarket across the road from the convention center where we were able to stock up.||I also dined at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent. Plus, there's a Starbucks conveniently located next door!

A pleasant stay here with good amenities such as wellequipped gym and swimming pool. Room was clean and 24 hour room service was of acceptable quality. Location was quite convienent, 30 minutes from the airport. Staff was friendly. Would recommend!

Company reserved two rooms with breakfast. I checked in on the 14th of September, and on the 16th the hotel decided to give away my room because I had no luggage inside and spent the night in another room. Instead of informing me directly, they emailed my director that they would give the room away.||Because I was not informed, I was repeatedly harassed during breakfast about which room I was staying in. This was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.||As an “apology” we were offered only ≈70 USD discount, which does not come close to compensating for the stress and embarrassment caused.

It is opposite to Beijing national indoor stadium. Hence, it suits with people who would like to join the fair or concert at Beijing national indoor stadium. Also, there are 2 big department stores around the hotel, so you can have lunch or dinner there. For the breakfast, the hotel provides many kinds of food and beverage such as fresh drinks, noodle and soup.
