Our experience at The Grill in the InterContinental Cairo was absolutely outstanding and truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt refined, welcoming, and perfectly curated — from the elegant atmosphere to the stunning Nile views that set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was simply exceptional. Every dish was prepared with precision and passion, using top-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly reflected a high level of culinary expertise. It was one of those meals where every course feels special. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable service. A special thank you to Ahmed Sedky, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and handled every detail with elegance and confidence. We also want to warmly thank Adele, whose kindness, friendliness, and attentive service added a personal and memorable touch to the evening. Her warm smile and thoughtful approach made the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The Grill is not just a restaurant — it’s a complete fine-dining experience. Exceptional food, flawless service, and a beautiful atmosphere come together to create something truly special.

Samiramis never fails to impress me with its exceptional service and atmosphere. An absolutely wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is exceptional, with a stunning view of the Nile that makes the experience truly special and relaxing. What really made the evening memorable was the outstanding service. Special thanks to Islam Khaled for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail. His hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, an unforgettable view, and excellent service.

The location is perfect, and the area feels safe and clean. The service at the club lounge was professional and attentive. The room was spacious; however, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke despite being on a non-smoking floor. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food, and the service provided by Ramadan was impeccable—truly a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the pool was under renovation, and there was no prior notice given before booking, which was disappointing.

Wow! Everything about The Grill was incredible. The food was magnificent. The views were stunning. And the service with Mohammed was exceptional. If you want a delicious dinner with the best views in town, you’ll love The Grill! Thank you Mohammed for your wonderful service and for treating our daughter like a princess! We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

Outstanding view and excellent hospitality. Would highly recommend, To stay here if in cairo. Mr . Khaled very generously managed us at the breakfast area. Ramadan with his friendly attitude and excellent service really impressed us. Omnia served us with utmost patience and her bright smile lit up the mornings of the guests. The manager Mr. Ahmed also added his personal touch by taking care that all the things were going perfectly. A big thanks to the lady baking the Egyptian bread . They are so tasty and melt in the mouth and with falafel inside its indeed a treat to remember. Do try it here. Thanks a lot Intercontinental cairo for such an incredible experience.

They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, taking the time to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the night. Their professionalism and friendly energy added so much to the overall experience. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed dinner, a night out with friends, or a cozy place to unwind, The Grill Restaurant & Lounge is a fantastic choice. Mostafa at Sabaya was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding—he was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The food was incredible as well, fresh and full of flavor. This was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We spent 5 nights there. Despite a complicated start due to miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel, our stay was very pleasant. We chose to dine in the hotel restaurants and 2 nights out of 5 went to the Grill. Professional hospitality (special thanks to Mohammad), and the team, delicious foods and amazing views. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to come in and have a great time there!
