I had an wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet! The variety of options was impressive, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and constantly replenished, ensuring that every dish was at its best. A special thank you to Arif, our server, who provided outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. The hotel has by far the best place to stay, especially for your pilgrimage. Amazing food, even for foreign cuisine. They still can match the level of authenticity! Great service as well! The room service is amazing, always try their best to help you with your needs and the waiter is as best. Always have a friendly face, matched with their level of service. My family and I decided to perform Umrah and decided to stay at InterContinental, we booked a suite and were delighted to see such luxurious and spacious rooms. Perfect for big families who want to stay together without getting crowded in the room. The staff are highly skilled, cooperative and friendly. The cleaning crew doesn't take long to clean the rooms and do a spectacular job in making your room spotless clean again. Also, it doesn't have a complex structure that you have to find your way out of the hotel which i feel is a plus point for senior citizens, and even middle aged children. The breakfast buffet is worth mentioning because their efforts show in the spread, the food is hot and delicious, each signature dish to its perfection. My grandma especially loved the french omelette prepared by the chef on request. The bathroom contains all the necessary toiletries. All in all, it is a great experience, would highly recommend it.

Best place in Makkkah. very close to Haram, and services are excellent. executive lounge is remarkable . Front Office manager MR Yazeed remains very helpful in providing the best room locations and upgrading. Club lounge inchage Mr Malki and Mr Salman very courtious and always extend warm welcome to the guests. .Mr Nadeem house keeping management very courtious to provide the best services. Thanks to everyone, including security staff. expect to visit again after Hajj season in sha Allah.

Its front of Masjid al-Haram location also provided convenient access to Al Kaaba, and nearby landmarks. Whether traveling for business or leisure or religion, Dar Al Tawhid Makkah delivers a memorable experience , and I would eagerly return. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their warm welcome and excellent service. They made us feel like we were at our second home and did their best to meet all our needs. A special thanks to Mr. Ayman from the club for his kindness, great hospitality, and for listening carefully to all our comments—even the small ones. I had a very minor note about the women’s prayer area, which I shared with him after Dhuhr prayer. I was surprised and very pleased to see that it was already taken care of by Asr prayer, even though it was a busy weekend. This hotel has always been my first choice whenever I bring my parents for Umrah, and it will continue to be so.

Just a few steps to the haram, the beds was so comfortable. From checkin Ibrahim, was helpful and great! Abdulmalik and Fahad are two of the greatest, the best combo to have at reception! Amazing with everything, they can turn a bad day to a good day! The guys at the lounge were also great! The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the staff that work there complement the place and make it feel homey. I would highly recommend a stay here for your comfort and tranquility if you're in Makkah!
