InterContinental Doha - the City, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Alex, who warmly welcomed me and ensured my stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I also appreciate Ben, Gagan, and Olly from the reception team for their smooth check-in and check-out process. Many thanks as well to Jaiideeep, the operator, for being very helpful and responsive whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to visiting again.

Hotel is in a great location, one can easily access other places. It has a number of restaurants plus a club to take care of the guests night life experience. The city center mall is about 400 meters away which makes it very accessible, for Muslim guests there is nearby mosque within a walking distance to enable you do congregational prayers though the hotel also offers a prayer room. They offer a very rich breakfast with a variety to choose from. For family guests, we had a spacious apartment to ourselves! I should say it offers value for money!

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location in Doha. The rooms are amazing with a stunning view of the city. The hotel staff is welcoming and efficient, and the breakfast is excellent and tasteful. In one of the rooms I stayed in, there was a huge bathtub the size of two bedrooms, and it was marvelous.

A special thank you to Rita, who has been taking care of our room — she is truly excellent. The room is always spotless, perfectly arranged, and very well maintained. You can really see the attention to detail in her work, and it makes a big difference to the overall experience. The rooms at the InterContinental are spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The entire team has been very polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience — thank you to Rita and the whole team for the warm hospitality.

Fantastic hotel and view. The view is amazing and magical, especially at night. The staff too are so thoughtful and proactive. The porter to replace the minibar noticed that the fridge wasn’t working (without my input) and he called maintenance himself. Most other hotel staff would just ignore it and move on. Then they sent maintenance in less than 20 mins to detect the issue. In less than 10 mins, Mohammed Shafi had figured it out and gotten me a new Fridge. Amazing customer service overall. Even Henry at the reception was very helpful in helping me figure the city out easily. Definitely worth the experience

Super clean modern suites with beautiful views of the city of Doha!!! Location was within walking distance of everything. Staff extremely friendly and warm. Spa was a great relaxing experience…. Saliho gave me a wonderful massage and facial that left my skin glowing. Our first Hookah experience in the lounge was cool and the cocktails were delicious. So much attention to detail with the service, food, and drinks. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stones throw from everything in West Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whilst I've been here I've used all the facilities in the health club, which is very well equipped. The pool is a great place to spend an afternoon and the deep tissue massages at the Spa are worth every Riyal! Cafe Parisienne is a great place for breakfast and the food and service at The Curry House was excellent. Great place to stay.

All your house keeping staff are splendid and very helpful and kind. I do not remember all their names then El Cho Arafat and everyone ate fantastic. They even got me a bowl of fruits when I was unwell. I wish them all the best and may they always be this wonderful
