There is nothing much to say about this Hotel and the staff works on it. Everything and every time we stay there is a pleasure and it feels like we are at home. The location is just perfect, the personal is wonderful and always with a smile and helpful., the food is just on high level.It is not that it is an Intercontinental Hotel and supposed to be a high exclusive range hotel of the group, but this especially one is one of the best Intercontinental Hotel in the world. You can spend pleasure, business or family trips in high level!! We loin this more than 20 times now and will for sure always stay here when we join Dubai. A great Thank You to everyone there!!

My staying at this hotel was very pleasant. My friend and I evaluated highly the friendly personal , everyday cleaning, wonderful and tasty food. Sometimes the food was spicy and salty for me, but the staff took into account my wishes and next time everything was perfect. My special gratetude to Georgina, she made our staying unforgеttable! She helped us with our needs and I think that such people are preciuos for the hotel!

My family and I stayed at the InterContinental Dubai Marina for almost 2 weeks.|Breakfast, as always, is amazing, specially when being served by Melinda and Khemraj. Their attention to detail and sympathy really more memorable.||At the pool, Simba always welcomed us with huge enthusiasm and made sure we would settle in well, regarding our choice of sun-beds.||One week into the stay, only 2 members of the family remained at the property, therefore we made a booking for a standard room. At reception, Beth made sure the room change would be handled as smoothly as possible, even suggesting that the hotel would take care of moving luggage and personal belongings to the new room. That’s really appreciated, however we opted for doing it by ourselves. We asked for a concierge, where reception sent Abdulloh upstairs. Abdulloh really stood out, due to his kindness and willingness to help with the moving. Even when we passed by the hotel’s main entrance he was always with a smile on his face and willing to help guests.||Overall an excellent experience at the property, we’ll definitely be back. Dear all the staff of InterContinental We have used this hotel twice. When we went there for the first time, we liked the atmosphere of the hotel, such as the staff's response, room, breakfast, and pool, so we chose this place again this time. The reception staff, the boy staff at the front, the cleaner, the restaurant, and the pool staff were all wonderful and greeted us with a beautiful smile every day. David, who cleaned the room every day, made the room perfectly clean. We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff. Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great and easy to reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a nice stay for a few days. Only downside is the minibar. Every drink costs 5 euros, and in a 5 star hotel I expected it to be refilled daily for free. The breakfast is also not worth it, very expensive and not good. It is better to order food or drinks from outside, supermarkets deliver for free and it is much cheaper. Overall a nice hotel with great service, but the price quality could be better.

It felt like a VIP treatment through and through. Inside, the room service was just as exceptional. Whenever we pressed the service button, the staff was promptly there to ensure our room was spotless, our linens fresh, and any request was fulfilled in record time. They were always eager to help arrange tours and day trips, making our stay in Dubai both effortless and enjoyable. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, the room was a sanctuary. Everything was pristine and the attention to detail in housekeeping made it feel like a home away from home. It’s rare to see such dedication to making guests feel special, but the InterContinental Dubai Marina truly excels at it. In short, this was one of the most delightful hotel experiences I've had.
