I always appreciate hotels that feel both modern and welcoming, and Intercontinental Dubai Marina struck the perfect balance from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was fresh, stylish, and inviting, and we were really grateful when they managed to find us a room earlier than check-in—a much-needed gesture after a long day of travel.||During our stay, we had a minor medical issue with my daughter, and I was so impressed by how quickly the team responded. Several hotel staff and the on-site paramedic were at her side within seconds, and even the manager personally checked in to make sure she was okay and we felt reassured. It was handled with such calm professionalism and genuine care—it really stood out.||The pool area is lovely, with plenty of seating, a bar, attentive pool attendants, and gorgeous views over the marina. It was the perfect place to unwind. If you love healthy smoothies they have those available at the pool bar also, check out the menu in my photo, such delicious options!||Our room was spacious, super clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day.||The staff were also incredibly helpful and super friendly, and when we checked out extremely early in the morning—everything ran smoothly, and nothing was too much trouble.||This hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. Would I stay again? Absolutely.

This was our third time in this hotel and we LOVE it. We stayed in a suite on the 32nd (or 33rd, can't remember) floor. Spacious bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, full kitchenette. They mixed up my birthday by a couple of days and brought us champagne and a cake to apologize for it. The service is wonderful. THe pool is beautiful. The only caution is if you are looking for a beach vacation in UAE, this hotel is not it. You are then better off at Yas in AD.|I like the location of this hotel, as it is close to the mall and to some activities for teenagers.|Would definitely stay again!

Our brief one-night visit was made memorable by this hotel's excellent service. We were incredibly impressed by the complimentary upgrade to a spacious residence room, perfectly accommodating our family of five when our original booking was found to be too small. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our stay. The breakfast offered a marvelous and extensive selection, with flavors that were perfectly suited to Asian tastes – a real treat. The service during breakfast was also top-notch, particularly from Ahmed. His warm demeanor and proactive approach in anticipating our needs made a significant positive impact on our experience.

The hotel is conviniently located near the tram and the beach. It offers a great view of the Marina. The staffs are amazing. Angelika from the front desk is a star. She is warm and welcoming. She definitely created a great impression of the hotel and its staffs. The check in and checkout process were very smooth. Ahmed and Leister from the restaurant are very helpful. They made sure all our needs where taken care of during the dinner service. They are very engaging to their guests. The hotel facilities are great and I love the pool! I will definitely return to this hotel.

An amazing experience here at the hotel, we had such a great time! The customer service was the best, The reason why this experience was so incredible was because of Ahmed. He provided such great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. He was truly incredible.

We booked a daily pool pass experience and enjoyed it alot. Prices are affordable (fully redeemable) and we stayed till 10pm. Ahmed was very helpful and fulfilled all our requests. We recommend everyone this summer offer.
