Peter the doorman was excellent, very friendly, and very helpful. ||The room was clean the breakfast staff was attentive and the food was delicious. Try organized and delightful. ||Angelica the front desk attendant was amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and she even checked in with us to make sure are stay was going well. ||Overall the staff was polite and the room was very clean and we enjoyed are stay a lot. Highly recommend this hotel and would look forward to coming back.

I usually don’t write reviews, and Trisha herself would probably prefer I didn’t—but some people truly deserve to be recognized. Trisha is one of a kind. As a barista in a five-star hotel, she consistently delivers service that goes beyond expectations. I keep on coming back and I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated she is to her work. Even during the busiest hours, she remains calm, attentive, and genuinely caring toward every guest. She is incredibly hands-on, always making sure orders are prepared correctly, served promptly, and with excellent quality. What truly sets Trisha apart is her passion for service. Despite the pressure and pace of the environment, she never compromises on quality or hospitality. Her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency make every visit a pleasant experience, and she represents the true standard of five-star service!!!!!!! Trisha may not ask for recognition, but she absolutely deserves it. She is a credit to her team and honestly, a reason customers keep coming back. Good job!!!!

Our stay at IHG Dubai Marina was very comfortable. Despite checking in after midnight, the process went smoothly, and the security staff were very helpful with our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 3-bed marina view room on the 30th floor. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with a contemporary style that I really appreciated.||The hotel’s location is excellent—close to a variety of bars and restaurants and just a short walk from shops. The club lounge staff were very welcoming, polite and attentive, which made our mornings, afternoon teas and happy hour even more pleasant.||The only minor downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, was the noise from fast cars revving nearby around 3am, which could be heard even on the 30th floor. Overall, a very good stay and convenient base in Dubai Marina.

Just returned from an excellent 11 day stay at the Intercontinental hotel Dubai Marina. The hotel is ideally located on and with superb views of the Marina whist only being a 10 minute stroll to the JBR walk. The marina JLT Towers 1 tram stop is also just outside the hotel front entrance which is also only 3 stops from the main Red Metro line.|The hotel is very clean throughout and all staff are very attentive and polite. The pool is relatively small for the hotel size and beds are at a premium. This situation is not helped by people booking beds and not turning up until hours later - maybe something that could be looked at for improving.|The room we booked was a king with a full marina view. Being an Ambassador, we got upgraded to a junior suite which was very kind, but unfortunately only came with a side partial marina view. No deal breaker but we would have preferred the full marina view.|We booked a room with club lounge access and that proved to be a great decision. Whilst the 39th floor lounge is very comfortable including the outside terrace, it is undoubtedly the lounge staff who make the experience so very special. The 3 staff members we bonded with were Sanjay, Swe and Sintya. They absolutely go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay memorable, including always knowing our names and drink orders to always having time for a chat despite being busy. All 3 are real assets to the hotel and they should be congratulated on their level of service and professionalism. We hope to see you all next year.

Great service and very friendly staff. The breakfast offered a nice variety, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the place was very family-friendly. They surprised us with a chocolate cake to celebrate a family member’s birthday, which was a lovely touch. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Location near to the Dubai Marina (beach, mall, restaurants, and cafes). Highly recommended!

Great stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina. The breakfast staff are very attentive and always ask if you’d like more to drink. Special thanks to Ali, an excellent and very attentive waiter. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast selection is large, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Highly recommended! Breakfast with a view☀️

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I travel worldwide. A guest who was with me was removed from the hotel even though there was no disturbance or valid reason given. The only person welcomed was the one they already took money from everyone else was treated as if they didn’t belong. The staff behavior was uncomfortable and disrespectful. We were followed by cameras all the way to the room, which felt invasive and unnecessary. Instead of hospitality, we were met with suspicion and hostility. I create content for YouTube and have stayed in hotels all over the world I have never received this type of treatment anywhere else. This place made us feel watched, judged, and unwelcome. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Save your money and choose a hotel that actually understands customer service.

Absolutely wonderful hotel for my one week business trip. Easily reachable from Dubai Airport by both public transportation (metro and tram) or by Uber (~40 minutes). As I came in December, the weather was really pleasant and could have breakfast outside in the morning on the terrace and for evening cocktails I went to the Club Lounge on the 39th floor with really nice views and a wonderful staff. Everyone was kind and professional, knew my order already from the 2nd day onwards, really pleasant place to chill after a day of work. Staff in general is superb, with everyone being kind, professional and supportive. Accessibility is great, the Tram is just across the street and if you can combine your travel with the metro, no need to stay in the long traffic jams. For the room, I got a Junior Suite, with separate living and sleeping rooms, but forgot to take pictures 🙈 All in all, if this is your area to be in Dubai, then I definitely recommend this hotel. I for sure plan to return next year.
