Excellent stay! Corner room on a high floor with amazing views, spacious bathroom and very comfortable. Perfect location within walking distance to the old town. Public car park right next door—much cheaper than hotel parking. Highly recommend asking for a corner room. (Independent travel agent)

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and that was a magnificent experience. Absolutely everything was awesome and worthy of a 5-star hotel. My room was extremely complete with such a nice view of Ljubljana through windows. The bedding was comfortable with a decent television. The pool and wellness areas were excellent, with a beautiful view of Ljubljana. The restaurant was delicious with high skilled waiters who were attentive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Finally, the staff were very friendly and understanding, especially at reception.

We have stayed at this hotel before with a very large group for work, as we were so impressed we wanted to return. Unfortunately it wasn’t the same as when we went in the past. We were given a room on the 17th floor which had fantastic views! However we had the fitness room just above us so when guests were fitnessing and throwing their weights on the floor you could hear a large bang! We had been upgraded but decided we would rather stay on a lower floor to avoid the banging. Then next day they moved is to the 16th floor which was below what we had but the banging was just as bad, so we were given a room on the 7th floor next to my sons. That was great and we were happy. The staff was amazing and wanted to do everything they could to make it as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Saying that the beds were rock hard, even after getting a topper. |Breakfast was delicious too, on the top floor with beautiful views too. There is a fresh cooking station so if you wanted an omelette or anything else you could order it here. |Thanks for making our stay as good and as comfortable as possible.

Great location with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was spacious. The bed and bedding were excellent. Bathroom was sufficiently stocked. The television had a great selection of channels. However, the power button on the remote didn’t work. This means you had to unplug the TV to turn it off. We called the front desk but it was never addressed.

Intercontinental Ljubljana is a 25-minute drive from the airport, LJU, or a 2.5h drive from Venice airport, VCE. The hotel is in the city centre and a 10-minute walk to the old town and the sights and shopping. There is a small lobby on the ground floor and on the top floors are all the amenities with the gym, pool and spa on the 18th floor, the club lounge on the 19th floor and the restaurant and bar on the top floor with panoramic views of the city. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of space and great views even on the lower levels. The suites are great with a lot of space for both socialising and working. Bear in mind that the hotel only offers valet parking, however there is a good multistorey carpark next to the hotel. The hotel is an excellent choice for exploring town!

What a lovely stay at this hotel. Everything was seamless, service with a smile, staff were all warm and professional. Have to mention NINA at the front desk who handled both my check-in and check-out, sorted transfers to airport... etc. Room was excellent, bed so comfortable i did not want to leave. Hallways clean and spotless, corridors smelled nice. Short 10 - 15 min walk to main part of town and to the river. Rooftop restaurant on the 20th floor offering great food and beautiful skyline views of the city and mountains. Toiletries were luxury. Room provided welcome snacks on arrival: cookies, fruit, bottle of wine and welcome note. Will most definitely stay again.

LOVED THE HOTEL! Staff was truly wonderful, Location wonderful, room wonderful! Lots to do in the area within walking distance including a grocery store close by. I highly reccomend a day trip to Lake Bled.

Stayed 2 nights there and really appreciated the service from the team. I want thanks specially Nina and Rebeka who help me with a little mess created by the IHG call center. Really appreciate their helpfulness. The breakfast is really continental, the team is so polite and helpful. Food is fresh with a large panel of choice. Immaculate bathrooms. The location is top tier and safe. I recommend the Club Executive is worth it to drink and eat some snack. The pool is way smaller than I thought especially for the hotel size but the saunas choice are nice.
