I stayed here while attending a conference and it really left a strong impression. The overall atmosphere feels premium from the moment you walk in. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with a polished, modern design that immediately sets the tone for the rest of the stay. The conference facilities are very well designed and organized. The halls are comfortable, well equipped, and suitable for larger professional events, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and easy to navigate. The food was another highlight. Both the quality and presentation were excellent, and it definitely exceeded what I usually expect at conference venues. Overall, it felt like a high standard hotel that balances business functionality with comfort and style. I would gladly return, whether for another conference or a private stay.

The hotel has some of the best staff I have had the pleasure to encounter. The tone was set right at the start with the check in. Rebekka was super friendly, efficient and informative. The whole staff from the restaurant to the spa were charming, professional, efficient and friendly. The restaurant is run like clockwork. The breakfast food was top quality produce with a wide variety of choices. Coffee, teas and special breakfast items were made to order and were delivered super fresh and without a wait. Whoever is managing this team of people deserves special praise as does each and every one of the serving staff who conducted themselves with polished perfection. The spa was clean and very well run. A nice equipped gym with machines and free weights should satisfy most people. One small suggestion is perhaps a greater variety of pillows. Super hotel. Highly recommended.

Positive: The self flushing toilet. The fitness center. The rooms seemed very quiet. Excellent soundproofing. Negative: The pool was too small. The aircon would turn up or off at night and the room would get too warm. The pillows were too soft. The lights were either all on or all off. We could not just have 1 light on.

Fantastic 5 stars hotel in Ljubljana city centre, rooms are great, restaurant and breakfast gorgeous! We had 5 great days there. 5 minutes from train and bus station and walking 10 minutes there is the river where plenty of restaurants bars shops and tourists info.

We made a last minute booking for New Year 2026 and arrived in Ljubljana on Monday 29th December for a 5 night stay. We originally chose a King Room without breakfast but we're offered an upgrade for €500 to include a suite, breakfast, and Club access. If you are going to use all the facilities then this is a good choice. For us, we went to breakfast just once, and didn't use any of the other perks. They have amazing breakfast choices though, including gluten-free, and offer take away boxes. The accommodation is comfortable; we need hot showers and good beds, and got both. The lights are all or nothing, which is odd as you can't just use a lamp alone. Everyone we met was welcoming, helpful, polite and friendly. We decided to explore out of the hotel rather than use the gym, the pool, bar, breakfast, spa, etc. We didn't use the Club lounge either.|A lovely hotel in a great location. Easy walk to the Old Town, shops all around, cafes, restaurants, even a chemist. |The only negative is that it is listed as a 5* and we would say 4* at best. The rooms need some attention, dusting and deep cleaning would go a long way. Our stay was €1800 for 5 nights. Next time we would just book a classic room without breakfast.

Location amazing, bus and train across the street. Markets, restaurants, shopping all around. We took a private car service. Arranged by hotel, to Lake Bled (a must do) .. facilities are amazing, 3 different saunas. Our Room was absolutely gorgeous! The staff is AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back!!!

My family and I stayed at this property for a week. From the moment we walked through the front door we were greeted by Maja Sonic and Nina Lescanec, and immediately felt welcomed. Throughout our stay every individual we had interacted with from Boris our server at breakfast to the valet, every single individual was genuinely amazing. Maja and Nina left such a great impression on my family and I with their warmth, smiles, and compassion that we will 100% be returning to this property. One of the best experiences and stays I’ve had in years. Thank you for everything.

One my best ever stays in any location. Food amazing, staff so helpful. Location perfect. If you want an amazing experience in the heart of Ljubljana this is the place to be. Oh forgot the facilities from spa to gym wow. The bed was so comfy I really want to take it home SUPERB HOTEL
