Amazing services. Great staff. Beautiful ambience. |The food staff is just amazing. Thank you so much for such hospitality. Much impressed by the welcoming nature of Shankar sir. He's been there for the all 6 days of my stay and I'm really happy with his services.

Hospitality at its best esp by restaurant staff. Very fast service and clearance there. They also cater to personalized requests. Black currant icecream in dinner was a must have. Alban and Kalpesh in restaurant are the best staff ever. Room housekeeping services are also quick and effective. Rooms are neat, bathtub and all facilities are there. Minor items were not available but that did not hamper my restful stay at this hotel. Location near Airport.

My stay at the Intercontinental Marine Drive Mumbai was excellent from start to finish. From the warm welcome upon checking in (and allowing me to check in early following an overnight flight), to the the beautiful, spacious and well-appointed room overlooking the iconic "Queen's necklace" , everything was perfect. The highlight, however, was the staff: every interaction was sincere and heartfelt, and the thoughtful little touches, such as having a tray of local street food brought up to my room upon arrival, and the exceptional breakfast staff writing a card and wishing me well on departure, made my stay even more memorable. The Intercontinental Marine Drive Mumbai sets the standards of hospitality to which other hotels should aspire. Highly recommended!

The team and the stay was amazing especially Sarina who checked us and in and out (she is lovely) Fahad at checkout was great, the entire hotels team was amazing. At breakfast Nasiha was so delightful and polite. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful: I had few requests during my stay and everything was kindly and efficiently accommodated. The location at the Marine Drive is nice as only steps away from the promenade and few restaurants around; also Colaba is easy to reach by foot with a 15 mins walk: overall the position is ok for tourism. If you are there for business and you need to travel across the city (especially towards the airport side), it's maybe not the best option to pick, better to choose something more central. Breakfast buffet was amazing and delicious, everything felt extremely fresh. Only small cons were: - the gym which is quite small and lack some basic machines like bikes, but what is there is all Techno-gym and new! - the overall finishing that feel a bit old (but very well kept), which is why - I guess - it's good value for money overall.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hospitality is really good and we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, we appreciated the little gestures from the hotel staff. The room view upgrade, the complimentary cake. Thank you for a great experience.

Wonderful hotel - exceeded all expectations. Had a long stay here because it was part of our transit accommodation and everything was top notch. From service to cleanliness to the amazing food - I can't think of a single thing that they need to improve on. Highly recommended!

Great experience! They gave us a pastry for my mom’s birthday and we had a super sweet interaction with all the staff, especially Sarita. Thanks to the team! I also requested for a higher floor and was given the best room.
