From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew my stay was going to be exceptional. The ambience was warm, elegant, and inviting, instantly setting a positive tone for my visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff welcomed me with genuine hospitality, making me feel valued and comfortable right away. My room exceeded expectations — impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Every corner of the property reflected attention to detail and a high standard of service. Whether it was the prompt room service, comfortable bed, or overall peaceful atmosphere, everything contributed to a memorable and flawless experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality and comfort.

A fantastic destination. The hotel is located in one of the best areas truly a must-visit. IHG is a superb global brand, and this property showcases that perfectly. The hotel’s Dome, an open-air bar on the top floor, is the highlight. From there, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Marine Drive. The staff is amazing, warm, and highly professional. I absolutely loved the place.

The location is perfect, right on Marine Drive with its waterfront promenade, and within easy reach of the main tourist attractions, on foot or by Uber. Greeted by name at the front desk on arrival, we knew this would be an excellent hotel. The staff are absolutely superb, making you feel welcome as a guest and going out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The room furnishings are somewhat dated, but they're well maintained and spotlessly clean. There's a rooftop swimming pool and an outdoor bar that seems very popular, although it wasn't to our taste, particularly. It's a little odd that there isn't a quieter lobby bar. Breakfast offers an extensive buffet, along with eggs and Indian specialties cooked to order. We weren't at all sure about the French/American South concept at SoBo20, but it works! We loved the craft cocktails and small plates. We'll definitely return the next time we're in Mumbai.

This is a great hotel if you are staying in Mumbai. The staff is fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate our dietary needs. Our driver from the airport gave us a great tour and overview of Mumbai on our way from the airport. The hotel is located perfectly for sightseeing. We especially want to thank Imelda for introducing us to our new favorite Indian dish!

The staff at Intercontinental Marine Drive were absolutely lovely and accommodating. They even helped to ger us in touch with a tour guide for a private city tour. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with high quality amenities. Breakfast is complimentary and always pleasant-- highlights include fresh-made dosas, omelettes, and prathas. Many thanks to the Intercon team for a delightful stay in Mumbai! Marine Drive is a bit of a busy street, so expect noise from Mumbai traffic--it is unfortunately just ubiquitous and part of being in the city.

Outstanding experience at the Intercontinental! Santosh and his team provided such a high level of service it will be hard for us to leave. It felt like the team knew us personally and we always had everything we needed and more. The food was excellent, with the breakfast being the special standout for our trip. We recently hosted an international delegation of over 40 guests at the InterContinental, and the hotel team made the entire experience seamless. From the initial planning to the final checkout, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to hospitality. Whether it was room allocations, handling varied guest requirements, or offering proactive assistance, the team remained attentive and solution-oriented throughout, handling every request with patience and efficiency. A special note of appreciation to Puneet, Santosh, Aamir, Srijith, Ekant, Sarita, Shreya, Monish, Chinmay, Prasenjith, Fahad, Ayush as well as Imelda from the restaurant team, whose dedication and responsiveness truly stood out.

Had a great 2 day stay! I landed late at night around 2am and didn’t get out of the airport till 3am and they still had my driver waiting for me! Prasenjit and Monish did a fantastic job at getting me checked in very quickly and were very hospitable. Definitely coming back just from the great experience I’ve had. 10/10 would reccomend
