Wonderful hotel - exceeded all expectations. Had a long stay here because it was part of our transit accommodation and everything was top notch. From service to cleanliness to the amazing food - I can't think of a single thing that they need to improve on. Highly recommended!

Hospitality at its best esp by restaurant staff. Very fast service and clearance there. They also cater to personalized requests. Black currant icecream in dinner was a must have. Alban and Kalpesh in restaurant are the best staff ever. Room housekeeping services are also quick and effective. Rooms are neat, bathtub and all facilities are there. Minor items were not available but that did not hamper my restful stay at this hotel. Location near Airport.

Great experience! They gave us a pastry for my mom’s birthday and we had a super sweet interaction with all the staff, especially Sarita. Thanks to the team! I also requested for a higher floor and was given the best room.

Had a wonderful stay with family in this property. Location was great overseeing the sea in Marine Drive. Being a member was upgraded by the hotel to a King's suite without any request from myself, so very thankful to the hotel. Room was big with good view of the sea with all facilities. All staff were very courteous and prompt in their service, esp. Front desk staffs for their service at the time of check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Mr.Pargat Singh from Concierge Desk. Had arranged good vehicle and driver for our sight-seeing and coordinated all aspects pertaining to it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. Special thanks to Sreejith and Prasanjeeth from the front office, who kindly upgraded our room upon request. The upgraded room came with a fantastic view, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, excellent hospitality and a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Great lunch at L&S Bistro! Food was delicious and the hostess Peigui made the experience even better with her warm welcome and made me feel valued as a guest. Definitely coming back for sure!!!

We stayed in a suite and it was clean, bedding was comfortable and had all the needed amenities. Great service at the restaurant. The wait staff is very attentive and welcoming.
