We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the InterContinental Muscat! The club room 410 was exceptional; the sea view was breathtaking and truly made our trip special. The Queen size twin beds were very comfortable and perfectly accommodated our family with children. The Club Lounge service was superb—truly some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. We would like to extend a special thank you to Marian, Melissa, Dawood, Analiza, and Aliya for their attentive and welcoming service. We also want to acknowledge the excellent Lobby Manager for the swift response and attention to our requests for children's amenities and the anniversary setup. We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning on our next visit to Muscat!"

We visit Musandam restaurant in Intercontinental regularly, and every time we are impressed by the excellent service and the wonderful behaviour of the staff starting from Mr. Maher Al Bulushi ( the manager and his team Mr. Faisal Al Wahibi, Mr. Hudhaifa Al Bulushi (Barista), Ms. Juvin & Ms. Nadine). Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make every breakfast experience enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you for always welcoming us with the same warmth and high quality—truly outstanding service. We really enjoying every time coming the Resturant. Today we met the new F&B manager, and he was very friendly and welcoming. A wonderful addition to the team!. Also we met Mr. Austen Reid (Executive Cheif).

Trader Vicks is truly a gem — the food was absolutely amazing, bursting with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected great care and quality. The ambiance was lively yet relaxing, making it a perfect place for dining with friends or family. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the hospitality of Mr. Abdul Latif. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were remarkable. He made sure every guest felt welcome and valued, going above and beyond to provide a memorable experience. Intercontinental and Trader Vicks together set a gold standard for excellence — a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates fine dining and exceptional service.

I visited treat Café at the hotel Muscat, and I was really impressed! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the service is excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Mariala !! she is incredibly sweet, hardworking, and genuinely kind. She made the whole experience even better with her warm attitude and professional service. Highly recommend visiting, and definitely look for Mariella — she’s amazing! 💛✨

Ten day break using the Club Intercontinental option.|The hotel was situated on the beach with a paved pathway alongside the sea for relaxed strolling. Reception was smooth and the room prepared for an early arrival. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient. Our large room overlooked the sea and was cleaned excellently every day with an evening refresh if required. Food was excellent with The Tomato, an Italian restaurant, preparing outstanding dinners. Our 5 Intercontinental lounge staff were unfailingly supportive (Marian, Meussa, Dawood, Anna and Alya).|The tennis courts and gym were fine as were the pools with well shaded areas. Additionally the hotel ran its own excellent taxi service with fixed and reasonable prices. There was some noise due to emergency work but the hotel was generous in its remedial actions. Overall a great holiday in an excellently run establishment.

From the first smile at reception we had the most memorable stay. We were welcomed by Ahmed Salnshi which made us feel very special. Each staff member was amazing and treated us like we were part of the family. The hotel, food and options are incredible, but the people it’s what makes this place so special. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you thank you!

This was a lovely stay in a well presented and organised hotel. We had breakfast and dinner there and the food was excellent. We met the Executive Cheff, Austen Reid, who is a true professional with great pride in his kitchen and food. The food was so varied, from all over the world, amazingly presented. Ahmed Mahmud greeted us every day with a smile and looked after us very well. The location of the hotel is very good, on a sandy beach, where we had long walks and swims in the sea. Opposite the hotel is the new Opera House. I would highly recommend the hotel if you wish to visit Myscat.

Had a lovely experience at InterContinental Muscat, especially at Tomato Restaurant. They currently have an Italian Guest Chef for one week only with a special Italian menu — and it’s amazing! The highlight for me was the pistachio cake… truly one of the best desserts in Muscat. Soft, rich, and full of real pistachio flavor. If you’re in town this week, don’t miss it! 🌟🇮🇹🍽️
