InterContinental Paris - Champs-Elysées Etoile by IHG

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and assisted with our luggage. Our room was ready early which was fantastic. The room was clean and updated. It was small but we knew that in advance. Jeremie the Chef Concierge was extremely helpful in finding dinning spots to our liking. He also send an email with confirmation of reservation included a map of the other places we mentioned that were in the vicinity. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to many places.

I rarely ever take the time to write reviews! My hotel experience at Intercontinental Paris Champs Elysees was AMAZING! I spent 4 days in Paris and stayed here to celebrate my birthday. Ive been coming to Paris for the last few years and stayed at different hotels but this one was THE BEST! There's a staff member there named Jelena (spelling) who made sure that my time there was exceptional. She along with the staff there was SUPER ATTENTIVE to my husband and I. They decorated my room for my birthday and left a very nice personal note for me which was such a beautiful touch to my stay. Day or night, coming or going, they acknowledged us and made sure that whatever we needed, we had. The rooms were comfortable, beautiful, clean and relaxing! The location couldn't be more perfect and I cannot wait to return for another stay with them.

During my last visit to the InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Etoile, I was once again reminded why this hotel holds such a special place in my heart. Each stay feels like coming home, but this one truly stood out as one of the most memorable experiences I have had in Paris.||||I celebrated my birthday during this visit and the hotel went above and beyond to create the most thoughtful surprise. After check-in, Elisa and Samir personally escorted me to my room and surprised me with a beautiful and personalized welcome. It was incredibly touching, a gesture that perfectly captured the hotel’s spirit of genuine care and attention to detail. It made the day feel truly unforgettable.||||I also want to thank Jelena, Bartosz, Franck, Ismael, Jérémie for their kindness and outstanding service throughout my stay. Each of them contributed to making our stay seamless and welcoming. Their warmth and professionalism make all the difference.||||The hotel remains as elegant and inviting as ever. Perfectly located near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, offering easy access to the heart of the city.||||What sets this hotel apart is the way it combines sophistication with heart. It is the people who make every stay so special. This stay was exceptional. I left with wonderful memories that I will cherish for a long time.

This was a special trip for us, as our daughter was turning 15 years old. Which in our culture is a BIG deal! The staff went above and beyond, from decorating the room to helping us with dinner reservations and accommodating our specific needs. Jeremie and Ismael were very much on point. They made this such a wonderful family moment it was the perfect birthday getaway for our daughter and our family. Nothing but friendly smiles throughout France and specifically at this hotel. This will now be our go to, spot for future vacations in Paris. The room decore was top notch and really pulled the entire experience together!! This was not just a family stay/vacation this place made this an experience we will never forget!! Thank you for being so Amazing!!

Thank you to ALL the staff at Intercontinental ChampsElysees, Paris. Each staff member was pleasantly helpful offering kind assistance and guidance. They went above and beyond each time we “came and went” and truly made our stay even better!! Franck referred to us as “family”. Ismail gave us helpful tips for staying safe and BOTH Concierges were beyond helpful and friendly! The room with a terrace was lovely too! I highly recommend.

Customer service did not disappoint from before we even arrived at the hotel - the friendly welcome - the room ready before anticipated- the welcome message and treats on arrival - the superbly stocked room with snacks, tea, coffee and mini bar. On a personal note - Great coat hangers - especially the padded ones - it’s the little details that count. Nothing was a bother and everyone ready to help. It is our first mother daughter weekend trip to Paris and we can’t wait to return. It was so handy to be able to walk everywhere from this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The concierge team was truly one of the finest I’ve encountered — they handled all of our pre-trip plans and dining reservations perfectly. Every restaurant they recommended matched exactly what we asked for.||When I needed a printed document, I simply emailed the concierge, and within minutes, a copy was delivered to our room. They even replied promptly to confirm it was done and to let us know that evening’s dining reservations were secured.||After a full day out, we enjoyed cocktails in their beautiful bar — a relaxing way to end the evening. Throughout our stay, every staff member greeted us by name, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming.||The rooms are on the smaller side, but thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the expected InterContinental amenities. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a smaller property with impeccable, personalized service and a great location. ||Tip: Book a larger room if possible, as this boutique-style hotel often sells out.

The most wonderful stay for my birthday! Really friendly Reception team - there was a mix-up with our room booking when we were offered an early check-in, and as a result, they upgraded us to a suite with a complete patio. Perfect location. Stunning room. Breakfast was lovely, great produce, well-presented and served. Thank you for making my birthday special.
