InterContinental Paris - Champs-Elysées Etoile by IHG

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and assisted with our luggage. Our room was ready early which was fantastic. The room was clean and updated. It was small but we knew that in advance. Jeremie the Chef Concierge was extremely helpful in finding dinning spots to our liking. He also send an email with confirmation of reservation included a map of the other places we mentioned that were in the vicinity. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a great location walking distance to many places.

This was a special trip for us, as our daughter was turning 15 years old. Which in our culture is a BIG deal! The staff went above and beyond, from decorating the room to helping us with dinner reservations and accommodating our specific needs. Jeremie and Ismael were very much on point. They made this such a wonderful family moment it was the perfect birthday getaway for our daughter and our family. Nothing but friendly smiles throughout France and specifically at this hotel. This will now be our go to, spot for future vacations in Paris. The room decore was top notch and really pulled the entire experience together!! This was not just a family stay/vacation this place made this an experience we will never forget!! Thank you for being so Amazing!!

Excellent! My best friend and I visited Paris and stayed here for a few nights. The rooms was beautiful, the window opened up into a courtyard overlooking the restaurant which was really pretty. The staff were super helpful both over email and in person. The concierge was also very helpful in advance with some inquiries we had. Their bar mixed delicious drinks as well! We were very happy with the hotel and plan to return and stay there again. Steps away from L'Arc du Triomphe and amazing boutiques!

This hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5 star establishment. It did not feel like I was staying at a hotel but rather a restaurant that has hotel rooms. My primary issue was the excessive noise from the restaurant/night club. We had selected a courtyard facing room thinking that this would be a quieter space than the street facing rooms. There is, however, no courtyard. You are looking out at a busy restaurant that plays obnoxiously loud music, especially in the evenings, until 12.30-1AM daily (weeknights and weekdays). This is despite the fact that the restaurant closes at 11pm. We could clearly hear the noise from the restaurant and the music in our room. On one particularly irritating night I made my way down to the restaurant at 12.45AM to ask staff to turn off the music. There were no patrons, but the staff was dancing and enjoying themselves while cleaning up. It was so loud that the staff member and I had to step into the lobby to hear each other. I was unable to get a single good night's rest while staying here and honestly hated my stay because of it. For the amount of money you will pay to stay here I highly recommend you look elsewhere and avoid this absolute nonsense.

I had a fabulous stay at this boutique style hotel (14-18 September), The Intercontinental Paris Champ-Élysées. My room, 502, was superb and if one has an opportunity to stay here, try to book this room, I believe it’s one of a kind.||The staff here are excellent, professional, friendly and very efficient. I apologize for not personally naming all those who made this stay exceptional, but I will mention Jelena at the front desk, Jeremie the Concierge (and his coworker ) who helped with restaurants and points of interest, and Franck who diligently assisted in ensuring I got a taxi durning General Protest Strike on September 18th. I ought to mention and thank the staff at the hotel’s restaurant who were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff, location and uniqueness.

The most wonderful stay for my birthday! Really friendly Reception team - there was a mix-up with our room booking when we were offered an early check-in, and as a result, they upgraded us to a suite with a complete patio. Perfect location. Stunning room. Breakfast was lovely, great produce, well-presented and served. Thank you for making my birthday special.

I am writing my second review of this hotel . The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms are nice and well appointed. But the staff is what sets this hotel apart from any other!! From Samir the manager … to the concierge , Bartosz and Jérémie … always ready to help and take care of anything that you may need ! I can’t forget to mention the wonderful Bellmen , Ismael , Frank and Vena , they are such friendly welcoming people that greet when you check in !! Im sure that I am forgetting to mention names … but every single person is so sweet ! We visit Paris 3 x a year and never ever stay In any other hotel . We feel like we are visiting friends when we stay here . | Please trust my review … you will not be disappointed 👍

Our room was superb—comfortable, well-appointed, and spotless. Breakfast was a highlight, with high-quality food and a great selection. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, especially Amine, who went above and beyond to assist us. We feel lucky to have chosen Intercontinental Champs-Elysées Etoile.
