InterContinental Paris - Champs-Elysées Etoile by IHG

We had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible hotel attendants — Vena, Frank, Jerimy, and Elisa. Their service was consistently helpful, warm, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always greeting us with a smile and assisting us promptly with anything we needed. It’s rare to come across a team that is not only efficient but also so thoughtful and welcoming. Thank you, Vena, Frank, Jerimy, and Elisa, for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. Your kindness truly made a difference!

The hotel is immaculately clean and very well located within 2-3 minutes from Arc de Triomphe and 10-12 minutes from Eiffel Tower. Laurent, Franck and Elisa provided the utmost service and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a very early arrival at the hotel and while the early check-in is never guaranteed, Laurent went above and beyond to ensure we checked in well before the 3 pm standard check-in time which after an 11 hour flight was very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, but what really stood out was the incredible staff. A big shout-out to Laurent at the front desk for the smooth check-in and warm hospitality, and Franck for being such a helpful and friendly concierge. They made our short stay in Paris truly memorable. We felt very welcomed and well-attended to the entire time. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris! I rarely ever take the time to write reviews! My hotel experience at Intercontinental Paris Champs Elysees was AMAZING! I spent 4 days in Paris and stayed here to celebrate my birthday. Ive been coming to Paris for the last few years and stayed at different hotels but this one was THE BEST! There's a staff member there named Jelena (spelling) who made sure that my time there was exceptional. She along with the staff there was SUPER ATTENTIVE to my husband and I. They decorated my room for my birthday and left a very nice personal note for me which was such a beautiful touch to my stay. Day or night, coming or going, they acknowledged us and made sure that whatever we needed, we had. The rooms were comfortable, beautiful, clean and relaxing! The location couldn't be more perfect and I cannot wait to return for another stay with them.

Great staying there. Yes it is overpriced but it worths it, because you are few steps away from everything! Great staff all in all, from Managment, to housekeeping, thanks for Jeremie, the concierge manager who really deserves the golden keys for the support, thanks for Vena for great service and thanks for Ismael who took care of my car. We absolutely loved our stay at the Intercontinental Champs-Elysées! In addition to the location being beautiful and convenient, the hotel service was very warm and of the highest quality in particular Ali at the reception but also everybody from the concierge to the baggage staff who are always smiley and ready to help! We travelled with a 6-month old baby and they really made our stay as smooth as possible, providing every piece of equipment we needed for the little one! Best hotel service I ever had in Paris!

We are checking out today as we stayed for four total nights. We’ve stayed at many InterContinental properties throughout the globe and this was up to our expectations. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The service was excellent and the location is prime. Avoid the rooms that face the street if you’re a light sleeper as the road noise comes right through. We stayed in the Jr King Suite one night that faces the interior of the hotel, no views, but very quiet. When we moved to the Premium Queen, it was a different story. We are not light sleepers so it didn’t bother us but we warned if you are.

During my last visit to the InterContinental Paris Champs-Élysées Etoile, I was once again reminded why this hotel holds such a special place in my heart. Each stay feels like coming home, but this one truly stood out as one of the most memorable experiences I have had in Paris. I celebrated my birthday during this visit and the hotel went above and beyond to create the most thoughtful surprise. After check-in, Elisa and Samir personally escorted me to my room and surprised me with a beautiful and personalized welcome. It was incredibly touching, a gesture that perfectly captured the hotel’s spirit of genuine care and attention to detail. It made the day feel truly unforgettable. I also want to thank Jelena, Bartosz, Franck, Ismael, Jérémie for their kindness and outstanding service throughout my stay. Each of them contributed to making our stay seamless and welcoming. Their warmth and professionalism make all the difference. The hotel remains as elegant and inviting as ever. Perfectly located near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, offering easy access to the heart of the city. What sets this hotel apart is the way it combines sophistication with heart. It is the people who make every stay so special. This stay was exceptional. I left with wonderful memories that I will cherish for a long time.
