The food was another highlight, whether dining at the breakfast buffet or enjoying a meal at one of the hotel’s restaurants, every dish was flavorful and of the highest quality. The variety and freshness were impressive, and the service at each meal was attentive and professional. Speaking of service, the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any request. Their professionalism and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Lastly, the location of the Phoenicia is unbeatable. Situated just a short walk from Zaituna Bay, downtown Beirut, and key cultural attractions, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city. Despite being centrally located, the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Overall, I highly recommend Phoenicia Hotel to anyone visiting Beirut, it’s a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and authentic Lebanese hospitality.

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect ---- easy to get around and close to everything. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, and everything felt well taken care of. The room was very clean, comfortable, the food at the hotel was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from and you could tell that the team really cares about making guests feel at home. I truly enjoyed every part of my stay and would definitely come back again.

The most important thing you can not miss at the Phoenicia is their outstanding breakfast options, their cleanness, and their outstanding staff members. They know -as we know- that rooms are definitely due for improvements, but generally I won’t stay anywhere else in Beirut other than the Phoenicia.
