I was very pleased by the warm welcoming at the reception. I had an issue with my credit card but the manager Roy was assisting me and solved the issue. If you travel to Lebanon better carry on cash in USD as this will help you gain tremendous time while staying or eating in Beirut. They also upgraded me to a Marina view on high floor and I enjoyed the balcony views. The rooms are spacious and need renovation. but very good staff around to make you forget this point.

Amazing hotel with a perfect location and beautiful facilities. The breakfast at Mosaic is exceptional, great variety, fresh options, and excellent service. The spa is also wonderful: relaxing, clean, and very professional. Overall, the staff were warm, helpful, and made the stay feel truly special. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Beirut!

What a great way to begin our first trip to Lebanon! The staff is next level - polite, competent and helpful. They make you feel really valued as a guest. The room and bath are luxurious. The view from the window is perfect. We are returning for another stay toward the end of next month, and we can't wait 🙂

Had an incredible dinner at the Phoenicia Hotel. The atmosphere was elegant, the piano live performance was absolutely beautiful, and the service was flawless. Amer and Remy were outstanding — professional, friendly, and made the whole evening perfect. One of my best nights in Beirut. Highly recommended.

I was staying over at the Phoenicia on leisure for two nights. The checkin was a bit crowded and was given the wrong room but thanks to a lady called Alha she managed to move me to a non smoking room as originally booked. Overall stay was fine and would recommend the Noura restaurant which is part of the hotel. Great pizza and friendly staff. Also do take the option of breakfast that can be taken upon checking in and you can get a decent discount. Great buffet from far away from the other places I used to visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the best experience ever! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Mr. Francois truly made our evening unforgettable. He was always ready to serve us with happiness and joy, never letting us wait for anything. Having such an incredible waiter is a huge credit to the restaurant — he made us feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely welcome. Francois made our dinner perfect from start to finish. I’m not exaggerating — I’m simply telling the truth. Even the plates and glasses were spotless and smelled so fresh, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My family and I can confidently say that we had the best food and service in all of Lebanon — thanks to Mr. Francois, the best waiter ever!

My stay at the Phoenicia Beirut was excellent. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed, the service was superb throughout, and the breakfast offered an impressive variety. The location is also ideal for moving around the city. Highly recommended.
