My stay at Phoenicia was amazing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything was exceptional. The service was one of the best services I experienced . The food at Cascade was great and the breakfast was top notch. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lebanon for holidays or even for business ( since the hotel is very well connected). Thank you Phoenicia for the best Hospitality in the Middle East.

Everytime I find my self here it's always a memorable one. From the moment you walk in you feel the positivity in the hospitality and comfort of the place. The rooms are spacious and are well maintained. The service is meticulous in an around a clock fashion and always take the extra mile to accommodate ones needs. The hotel itself is equipped with the best facilities, including sauna rooms a huge spa, an outdoor and indoor pool as well as restaurants that serve different cuisines. Breakfast is a treat and the overall the food is compared to none. Wish to see you soon again.

We recently celebrated our wedding at the Phoenicia Hotel, and I cannot express how incredible the entire experience was. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and their expertise helped us remain stress-free on such an important day. Staying at the Phoenicia was an unforgettable experience. From the warm welcome to the stunning room with breathtaking views, everything was perfect. The attention to details made me feel truly cared for. Also, the food was incredible. After exploring the city’s sights, the spa was the perfect retreat to unwind. The staff are the most amazing individuals I have ever come across. They couldn’t be more friendly, generous, and helpful. ||Naji at the restaurant is incredibly hospitable and will cater for all your needs. I leave the restaurant with a smile on my face and a stomach full on beautiful food.

I have stayed at the Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut, Lebanon, on average, 3 months every summer for the past 8 years. The hotel excels in areas such as cleanliness, service, cuisine, location, and other amenities. However, the key component that keeps me coming back to this hotel is the staff. The staff of this hotel is remarkable. They make you feel welcomed, as if you’re family, the moment you step into the building. First and foremost, I would like to extend a very special thanks to Chef Ossama Hassoun. Chef Hassoun is the embodiment of hospitality. He is attentive, punctual, and an exceptional communicator. Chef Hassoun, through his willingness to get to know the clients of the hotel, made sure that my family and I were receiving the absolute best experience when dining in the hotel’s main restaurant, The Mosaic, and while ordering room service. He went above and beyond and is a major factor in why I have and will continue to stay for long visits at the Phoenicia Hotel Beirut. Thank you so much, Chef Hassoun, for everything. I would also like to send a special thanks to Mr. Allam, Mr. Naji Aoun, Mr. Muhammad Al-Sha’ar, Chef Johnnie Chehade, and Chef Mazen for an absolutely wonderful dining experience. These gentlemen took care of my family and me greatly and made sure to answer our requests and beyond whenever we needed something. Often, my family and I would show up late to the buffet given my father is very elderly and it takes him time to get ready in the mornings. These gentlemen ensured that we wouldn’t miss our breakfast buffet experience and would reserve a table for us and provide other accommodations to help make our stay more enjoyable. They ensured that our choice table was always available every morning and that our preferred meals were ready when we arrived for breakfast. Best hotel in Beirut! We had an amazing stay and enjoyed everything about Phoenicia. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, SPA was much needed, and even the food is on point! Will definitely come back again
