InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut by IHG

I was at the Phoenicia InterContinental from December 14 to December 18, and I can honestly say this is one of the most impressive hotel experiences I've ever had. I don't usually remember names, but the service was so excellent that I have to give credit where it's due. At breakfast, the breakfast manager, Naji, took outstanding care of us and always made sure everything was perfect. A brilliant man who made every morning a delight, and the breakfast choices were incredible, diverse, delicious, and wonderfully presented. Room service was just as good. George was our room service operator and he was simply awesome. Every order was delivered swiftly, correctly, and to perfection; you can tell these people are professionals. It started at check-in. My eventual check-in attendant, Ala, checked me in and made it all 100% effortless with not a single issue. Efficient, welcoming, and incredibly well organized. The rest of the experience was just as noteworthy. The amenities are simply stunning. The sauna, steam room, pool, and impressive gym make this a well-rounded experience outside of just excellent service. I'm overall very surprised and extremely happy. The Phoenicia InterContinental really goes above and beyond; it feels like a well-oiled machine with world-class support and really well thought out amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to return nor recommend this to anyone.

The hospitality we receive from the entire staff of Phoenicia InterContinental is really exceptional. Since we are airline crew members and usually away from home for extended periods of time, we do appreciate and value the care and respect we receive from this establishment. Although we had an arranged special Christmas Eve celebration, we had work obligations that prevented us from attending. The restaurant manager, Mr. Allan Slim, was even more considerate and arranged a separate table just for us on Christmas Day, ensuring that we do not miss out and still feel included and at home. This was truly very appreciative of us. The entire staff, from top to bottom, are always kind and amenable and ready to assist us. Even the most demanding guest could not find anything to complain about. Appreciation and congratulations to the entire hotel staff.

Great hotel experience overall. The reception team was outstanding friendly, professional, and very efficient from check-in onward. They made me feel truly welcome and set a positive tone for the entire stay. Highly appreciated.

Had such an amazing stay at the Phoenicia! You really can't beat the location the sea views are incredible and Zaituna Bay is just a quick walk away. The room was huge and spotless. The staff were honestly the highlight, though; they were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a luxury spot in Beirut

I visited the Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut last night, and the stay was fantastic. I truly enjoyed dinner at Cascade everything was excellent. I had a small issue with the TV, but the IT team was very helpful and supportive. I absolutely love this hotel, it truly deserves a 5 star rating.

He was always ready to serve us with happiness and joy, never letting us wait for anything. Having such an incredible waiter is a huge credit to the restaurant — he made us feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely welcome. Francois made our dinner perfect from start to finish. I’m not exaggerating — I’m simply telling the truth. Even the plates and glasses were spotless and smelled so fresh, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My family and I can confidently say that we had the best food and service in all of Lebanon — thanks to Mr. Francois, the best waiter ever!

We absolutely loved our experience at the Phoenicia. Bilal delivers brilliant service with a smile. He is very attentive and helpful. It made our experience very special and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back.

This wellness gym is truly impressive. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a calm, clean environment. The hygiene is excellent, and everything is always organized. The staff is friendly, supportive, and professional, which makes every visit enjoyable. Great atmosphere, great service, and great people!
