I would like to take a moment to commend Bella for the outstanding work she does at the Kids Club. From the first day, she greeted everyone with a warm smile and an energy that instantly made the children feel welcome. She is patient, creative, and always ready with fun activities that keep the kids engaged and happy. Bella has a natural way of making each child feel special and included. Her enthusiasm and dedication are truly inspiring, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys her work. She handles every situation calmly and with kindness, creating a safe and joyful atmosphere. Parents and children alike appreciate her ability to connect so well with everyone. She goes above and beyond to ensure each child’s experience is memorable. I have just had 10 days at the hotel in the club lounge part of the hotel, absolutely amazing. As a female on her own, I could not recommend this hotel enough, staff are amazing, they make everyone feel special in their own way. Very clean, rooms in the club are amazing, every need is met & more. I have felt safe here from start to finish. Food is amazing at the lounge & at all of the restaurants. If you want a relaxing break this is the place to come, if you want to do things then there is plenty to do. Just love it, would I go back to staying in Dubai…. Maybe not.

Unfortunately, our experience at Intercontinental Ras Al Khaimah fell short of expectations, especially for a five-star resort. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the sunbeds around the pool were noticeably dirty, which really affected our comfort. The pool area itself was a major letdown. No staff were present near the sunbeds to assist with towels or drinks, and the main pool was oddly connected to the kids' pool, making it far from relaxing. Given the intense summer heat, the water wasn’t cooled properly either, which made it uncomfortable to use. The service overall was disappointing. For a resort of this level, the staff’s hospitality and attentiveness were lacking. We had to repeatedly request a basic tour of the property, which should be offered by default, especially for day visitors. The one highlight of our visit was the Levant & Nar restaurant. The food, ambiance, and service there were excellent and truly stood out compared to the rest of the experience. Honestly, for the price we paid, we could have stayed more nights at a different resort with far better service and cleanliness. If you're considering this hotel, I’d strongly recommend exploring other nearby options - you may find better value and a more enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the luxurious InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa and it was an unforgettable experience! Spacious rooms breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf impeccable service, and a luxurious atmosphere make this hotel perfect for relaxation. Special attention should be given to yoga and aqua aerobics classes led by instructor Lily! They are simply amazing! She is incredibly attentive to each guest creates a comfortable environment, and helps achieve great results. Thanks to her professionalism my workouts have become more enjoyable and effective! I'll definitely come back here again to enjoy a wonderful vacation and recharge with Lily's energy! I highly recommend this place to anyone who values high quality service and takes care of their health and well being.

I had an amazing stay at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah. At check-in, Mr. Zee from reception was very welcoming. Mr. Amin and Mr. Lucky were always helpful with my bags, especially after shopping. The food at SAFFAR restaurant was delicious and varied every day. Special thanks to Mr. Milan (manager), Mr. Naoufal, Ms. Su Sandi, Ms. Sakshi, and Mr. Amoon for their excellent service and kindness. I was so touched when they surprised me with a cake! My room was clean and spacious with an incredible view, thanks to Mr. Surendra. I also ordered room dining a few times the service was very fast, and the food was good. I loved spending time at RAMSA Lounge such an amazing place with beautiful views. Overall, everything in the resort was perfect. Highly recommended, and I will definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah to celebrate my birthday, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The hotel surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a lovely gesture that made my day even more special. The staff across the entire resort — from reception to the restaurants and pool area — were exceptionally friendly and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast at Safar restaurant was a highlight — an impressive variety of options, all fresh and delicious. However, we also had dinner at Safar on Thursday night, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. The food that evening lacked flavor and overall quality compared to breakfast. We also visited Shasha restaurant for shisha and drinks. The ambiance was great, and it was a lovely spot to unwind. Sahar Beach Restaurant was another great find — the food there was truly delicious, and the beachfront setting made it even more enjoyable. Being fans of Turkish coffee, we couldn’t resist trying Ramsa Café, and it did not disappoint! The Turkish coffee was excellent, served in a beautifully set space that added to the overall experience. Housekeeping staff were very kind and responsive, but the room cleaning itself could be improved — the level of cleanliness didn’t quite match the standard of the rest of the hotel. Also, I wasn’t impressed by the complimentary in-room coffee and tea options — the brands used had a rather unpleasant flavor. Despite a few small drawbacks, we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider coming back. The warm hospitality, beautiful setting, and mostly great dining options made our stay truly memorable.

Absolutely amazing experience with the Kids Club team! Melanie, Bella, and Shanika were incredible — warm, welcoming, and so good with the kids. You can tell they genuinely care and love what they do. Our little ones had a blast every day, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such great hands. I recently returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't wait to share my experience! Everything was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was quick and friendly. I would especially like to highlight the animators, Karina and Olesya. They made our vacation truly unforgettable! Their positive energy and creative programs filled our days with joy and excitement. Every day was packed with fun activities, games, and dances that kept both adults and kids entertained. A big thank you to the entire staff for their excellent service and for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back again!
