Stayed here for a weekend and had such an excellent time! Excellent service throughout, especially with check-in with Henry. Completely smooth and seamless, and always nice to hear a familiar accent. Also wanted to thank Paula and the rest of the team in the club lounge, completely recommend, between the hot tub and private pool, as well as the tea and dinner drinks, it is totally worth it. The beach itself is also impeccably clean, and it’s just a really nice place for a getaway.

We had a truly excellent family stay at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah. From arrival to departure, everything was perfectly organized, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and offers a relaxing yet family-friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to Jyoti, the Sales Manager, for organizing all the arrangements so smoothly and professionally—it really made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We would also like to thank Mahmoud, the Front Office Manager, for his warm welcome and great attention to detail throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding, thanks to Milan, the Restaurant Manager, and his amazing team. The variety, quality, and service were excellent every morning. The pool bar team was equally fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Our children had a wonderful time thanks to the Kids Club team, who were engaging, caring, and full of positive energy. We also truly enjoyed the Club Lounge, where the team provided exceptional service and a very relaxing experience. Overall, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah delivered a memorable family stay with outstanding service across all departments. A big thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well looked after. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning again.

I would like to begin with special thanks and high appreciation to Ms. Anis, who contacted me two days before my stay to ensure that everything was perfectly arranged and to confirm all my benefits at the hotel. Her professionalism and warm follow-up truly set the tone for an outstanding stay. Upon arrival, Mr. Huy at the front desk made our check-in process smooth and effortless. Since we arrived a little late, Ms. Anis kindly rescheduled our lunch benefit to the day of checkout—an extremely thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated. We stayed in Villa 21, which was exceptionally comfortable, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Dining Experience: • The breakfast buffet was excellent. On one morning, we requested to have breakfast served in the villa instead, and it was delivered beautifully—such a wonderful option. • Lunch at Saffar and dinner at Levant Restaurant were both incredibly delicious, with attentive service and great ambiance. Beach Activities: We also enjoyed a wide range of activities on the beach, including jet ski, kayak, donut rides, and kneel surfing, all arranged and facilitated by Mr. Ismail, who was extremely friendly, supportive, and professional. His guidance truly enhanced our experience and added a fun and energetic touch to our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The staff, hotel facilities, food, and beach activities all came together to create a memorable short vacation. The only downside: it was only 2 nights! Once again, sincere thanks to Ms. Anis from Customer Service, Mr. Huy at the Front Desk for making our stay exceptional. We will definitely return.

My recent stay at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah was based on the Club InterContinental experience, and I must say the Club amenities and service were truly phenomenal. The staff were exceptional — attentive, professional, and genuinely hospitable. The entire Club team went above and beyond to make guests feel valued; special thanks to Paula and Gerylin, who made a lasting impression with their warmth and efficiency. However, my stay was significantly impacted by a two-day wedding event that took place during my visit. The noise levels were unbearable, taking away from the relaxing atmosphere I had looked forward to. Although the Club Manager did what they could to manage the situation, I cannot overlook the fact that my vacation was disrupted. It remains unclear why guests weren’t notified in advance about the wedding and given the option to adjust or cancel their stay. This experience was disappointing, especially since I met several returning guests who were equally frustrated by the situation. Dear General Manager, I sincerely hope this becomes a learning opportunity for better guest communication and event planning in the future. Aside from this issue, the resort itself is beautiful — spacious, stylish rooms, serene surroundings, and first-class hospitality from the team. Under ideal circumstances, this would easily be my go-to destination for a relaxing escape. I truly hope to give the property another chance and experience it as it’s meant to be enjoyed — in tranquility. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Chaw from housekeeping. She was truly exceptional throughout my stay. Every day, she left my room spotless, organized, and welcoming — she pays attention to the smallest details, and you can really feel the care she puts into her work. Chaw is also incredibly polite and kind. She greeted me with a smile every time, and she made sure I had everything I needed without me even having to ask. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuinely thoughtful. Her professionalism and positive attitude really made my stay even more comfortable. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I’m genuinely grateful for her hard work. Thank you, Chaw, for making my experience so wonderful!

The breakfast at this Intercontinental property is nothing short of legendary, consistently standing out as one of the absolute finest in the entire region. The sheer variety and the exceptional quality of service elevate the experience to a level that leaves guests in awe. Every detail is meticulously crafted to ensure an unforgettable start to the day. And let’s talk about the service, it's truly next-level! Having dinner was turned into a great experience by Abhinav who went above and beyond, offering a level of assistance and attention that turned an already fantastic experience into something extraordinary. Taking my kid to get ice cream and treating the children like distinguished guests. Of course, it’s not just Abhinav—the entire team delivers impeccable service, making every guest feel like royalty.

We had a short a stay for 3-4 days on 6th floor. Overall it looked quite comfortable and presentable just as you would expect from 5 star hotel. On the second day, close to evening, we found in our room some ants on the table near the balcony. It appeared that they hunted for food. We left one muffin on the table that morning. I quickly gathered them and threw away outside. Purposefully went down the stairs to do that. For a moment it felt unpleasant, however, we decided not to report this to the reception, since I thought it was just a small place on the table and likely because of food there. And we only had two more nights to go so. But the impression changed next day, one night before check out. We came from the beach to our room only to find that now our bed had a lot of ants 🐜. There was no food. The balcony was closed. Nothing appeared to logically invite ants into our room, except maybe so hidden paths within walls or somewhere. This now felt more real and we could not deal with that. Documented via video and decided to go to reception. We showed this video to man member there. Unfortunately I did not look up or catch his name. We asked to changed the room, I showed the video and explained it would feel uncomfortable to finish our stay like this. All calm and respectful. However the guy just refused saying there are no rooms left. Everything occupied. He said he can arrange the cleaning and asked us if we plan to go to beach or somewhere soon. It was already night time, so no, we did not plan that. Besides, a proper cleaning would not mean total solution. The place has to be examined and so on. He did not manage to say sorry or offer anything at all. He kept on saying there are no rooms and just carried to continue serving other guests in line. The cleaning he said would come to the room so we should go there and await. It got me mad. Is this 5 star service? Is this respectful? Is this something OK? I don’t want to finish the story, but I will just say after some time and talking to other personnel, finally we were given a room (in a “fully” booked hotel). It was just same room on another floor. No apologies no nothing. I am not the kind of person that would go on and do conflicts right there. I was tired and I just wanted to end the stay at this hotel. There were some other minor things (that I think for some people not worth paying so much money), but it was fine for me. Thank you for the new year! One woman at reception was actually really friendly so thanks to her!
