The hotel is located about 30 minutes away from Jiuzhaigou. Although it is a bit remote, the hotel offers plenty of on-site activities and amenities. There are staff who can speak English.
The property features numerous restaurants, hot springs, a small playground for kids, and evening performances. Guests can also try on traditional costumes for free. The hotel even sells medicine for altitude sickness at the front desk, which is very convenient.
The room is spacious, though the furnishings and decor look a bit dated. Unfortunately, the view of the mountains is partially blocked by a glass dome structure.
The facilities were great overall. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. There were vegetarian options.
⚠️Important Tip: I would recommend avoiding the hot springs on your first day, as the heat may cause dizziness—especially given the high altitude.
