Hotel is a bit dated but beautifully refurbished and maintained. Checked in by the friendly and warm GS manager, Mr Shaun Duan. Appreciate his help throughout our stay. Room was clean and neat. Thanks to the housekeeping team who did a good job! Not forgetting to mention the executive club lounge team. Especially Ms Becky who has been very helpful and friendly since day one. And Ms Annie, Yvonne, Miya and rest of the team for their attentiveness and excellent service! They made our stay a more memorable one. Definitely a 10/10! Will definitely be back!

Good rooms and helful staff. Atmosphere of lobby aldo very good. The staff value their guests and location is very good. Will stay longer. FO Katherine Success Tracy came to greet us when they see us. Very good hospitality

One of the best experiences I have ever had in terms of the room size, cleanliness, location and the amazing staff. Gym facilities need to be redesigned again to give the guests a better experience. Very recommended to any one who is visiting Shanghai.

It was out 2nd time staying in this hotel. The room was clean and the service was excellent. Break was delicious with lots of options . Staff were so kind and helpful. The only problem we had was the room temperature.Although the air conditioner was set on 18 degrees, the room was warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay .

Even this hotel is an older property it's very well maintained and has a Timeless classic elegance about it throughout the public areas at the rooms. I was upgraded at my room was massive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. Staff in the executive lounge were impeccable. The hotel is about a six minute walk from the nearest subway but it's flat. I would definitely return.

The hotel is well located and very close to a big shopping mall (about 500m) which has many dinning options. The hotel is a little old but well maintained. The room is spacious for two people. I didnt manage to join the breakfast buffet. It's a good value for money and generally a pleasant stay.

Rooms need a refurbish, it is quite old. Service was fine; helpful staff, plenty of English speakers and good variety at breakfast. Close to subway station and easy to get around.

It was our anniversary. They upgraded us and even gave us a room number that means I love you in chinese (1520), honestly that was really sweet of them, even gave us a wine bottle as a gift. The staff is so friendly and kind. We delivered some items and they were delivered when we were out, they collected it and kept it safely with them at the lobby. Their food (we ordered it in our room) was amazing. One of the best stay I have ever had. Really recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Shanghai,
