InterContinental Tashkent by IHG

I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The hotel’s condition was excellent — everything was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff at the Club Lounge on the 11th floor were very kind and professional, especially "Asadbek", who was exceptionally attentive and caring. I’d also like to express my heartfelt thanks to the hotel team for preparing a lovely birthday surprise!

Excellent location. Newly built, modern, and clean. Room is spacious, full amenities. Bed is super comfortable. Sound proofing is also excellent. Great breakfast buffet; their ember restaurant and bar offer delicious food also. Great drinks and music at night. The pool and spa was also great. But the only complain i have for the place was if you use your credit card, they put the surcharge percent on you, which I haven’t seen for many years; especially at a big brand like this.

I stayed here for five nights, Comfort was perfect. Lobby, room and staff service was excellent .rooms are big with modern lights and very comfortable bed. All the hotel was clean Breakfast at Nomad restaurant with countless items and has vast variety both with local and international food. Service was quick and courteous both Staff and chef especially restaurant supervisor Anwer was making sure guest are happy. I will give 5 star and thanks the hotel management for making my stay so pleasant

I enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental hotel Tashkent. Mr. Saidolim did great job at check in. He recognized my IHG status. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. My room was perfect and super clean.||Beautiful room with all the amenities.||The service was great during my stay. The concierge Mr. Miraziz was very kind. He helped me book my train tickets and recommended top tourist sites to visit.||I enjoyed the Executive lounge very much with excellent breakfast, fresh squeezed juices and wonderful evening food and drinks. Everyone was helpful at the Executive lounge Mr. Asadbek and Mr. Otabek and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I also should mention Ms. Dilfuza and the trainee they were both perfect and super nice.||The hotel's location is close to major tourist attractions and short distance drive to the train station. ||I would recommend the intercontinental hotel if someone looking for a luxury stay and great location.

Easily one of the best hotel stays in a very long time. Check in was fantastic, Said was very friendly and explained where everything was in the hotel. At the same time Feruz brought us wet towels to freshen up along with pomegranate juice. These classy touches seperate this hotel from others. My wife and I said we wished we were staying longer than one night. Ember rooftop restaurant was very nice and served delicious steaks. On our next stay this is the ONLY hotel I will book in Tashkent. Well done!

My husband and I just came back from a trip in Uzbekistan for a week where we stayed in the Intercontinental Tashkent. We had the best and more luxurious stay. Starting from welcoming us with a beautiful fruit platter and local nuts and desserts in our room to having the personalized treatment by the team in the hotel's VIP club where we had breakfast and snacks through out the day !What made our trip special is our expierence with the concierge Abdullah and his team ! Abdullah planned all our excursion inside Tashkent , to Samarkand and to Bukhara . Abdullah and his team always made sure that we are happy and were able to solve any problem we ran into in a very professional way! We will definitely go back and stay in the Intercontinental if we go back to Tashkent! Thank you 👍

Wow. This hotel is so beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious with great facilities and everything you need. Breakfast has a great selection and the staff are very attentive. The restaurant had a great selection and wonderfully presented. The service was outstanding and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
