Walked by here and noticed their amazing looking sandwiches in the window. The soft bread was made in house which is great for sandwiches and not very common in Paris. I decided to go for the pastrami sandwich. For 8 euro, a little pricey but the cheese and veggies looked very fresh and well put together. The sandwich was toasted but the cheese didn’t melt which was a little strange. Pastrami is not very common in Paris but I do love Pastrami and have had a good Pastrami sandwich in Paris before at Frenchie to Go. The first few bites of this sandwich made me realize they have no idea of what Pastrami is or how to make it. The guy working here was really nice and helpful and told me they made the Pastrami in house. I think I chose the wrong sandwich here. There were other options like pulled pork, might have been better. I opened my sandwich and removed the Pastrami and it did not look or taste good or come close to what Pastrami is. After removing the Pastrami I ate the cheese and veggies sandwich and it was much better. The bread was amazing and fresh, they just need to make better meats and they will have really good sandwiches.

Really great sandwiches with many layers of flavor. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had - there have been many. Others with me had the fried mozzarella sandwich and the mushroom veloutè, both of which were great. Very simple ambiance, order at the counter, it's a charming little sandwich shop.

My absolute favorite place in the 17eme to grab a quick delicious lunch for take away (it's my go-to place during the work from home days) or to stay. Always welcomed with a big smile by Alexia :)

Such a great little neighbourhood gem! We enjoyed lunch and it felt like having food at a friends place - very delicious and cozy atmosphere!

Vegetarian healthy food only , very good prices , not a fancy seating but always busy for seated or take away orders . Recommended

Worth seeking out!! If you're desperate for an alternative to run-of-the-mill French brasserie food, this place is for you! Run by a young, friendly couple, Interfabric offers fresh, local ingredients and fun twists on the classics. One of the few places we found with tasty choices for vegetarians. The sandwich buns alone are to die for. Fun fact--they source their ham from the last place in Paris that cures ham! And it is, predictably, excellent!!

Interfabric is a hidden gem off the beaten track we stumbled across when holidaying in Paris. They have the best homemade food and serve it with such friendly faces in this little corner of the 17th arrondissement. They really know their stuff and have such passion for good food and good company. Would highly recommend dropping in - we'll definitely be back next time we're there!
