International Hotel

After addressing the dryer issues, they decided to replace ours with a new one. Just a little thank you to everyone who has been helping us, to Menard (the concierge) for being very helpful and following up with the issue, to Eason for troubleshooting the problem and providing recommendations, to Ogie and Irvin for replacing our washer, and last but not least, to the management.

Reina William - Leasing agent helped a lot from start of leasing process. She provided all the information politely. She is never hesitant to answer anything you may ask. Highly recommend her for any leasing with International.

Visiting my friend who lives here,it is actually available for long term lease. Nice facilities amd party room.

International hotel has by far been the worst stay of my life. It wasn’t the loud and massive party across my room that prevented me from sleeping, but the broken A/C, extreme heat (which we turned off), and a tedious buzzing noise. We called the front desk at 4 am to get some help with the room temperature as it was way to hot to sleep. The first piece of advice we were given was to open the balcony door... which we had already done. Then someone came up and turns out of a/c was broken so we were given a fan. It was a terrible night of sleep so we called in the morning to request lack checkout and they did not accommodate it. Just an extreme lack of customer experience. Check the room and A/C before the customer comes in for the stay to ensure they have a good experience!!! It is the least you can do.

The worst choice this appartment complex made was partnering with Indigo park and not offering visitor parking. If you want to visit here on a weekday expect to pay 60 dollars for 24 hours or receive a 90 dollar parking ticket. Also the key fobs to get into your appartment will randomly become inactivated, leaving you locked out of your place. It will take 10 phone calls to get ahold of security, then wait 2 hours to be let back into your appartment. Wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy. No visitors allowed. Will not be renting with Minto properties.

they are now currently renovating for a apartment building. Which was never stated during the booking. Booked a one bedroom suit for the sole purpose of having a functional living room and kitchen. Tv in the living room doesn't work. None of the kitchen appliances worked. Called and requested to fix and nothing happened. Requested cutlery sent to the room. They denied stating because they are soon to be a apartment they don't have any... They don't have any cutlery.... Okay then.. There is a restaurant litterly down stairs. They have completely given up on a hotel hospitality. And the booking stated free breakfast. Nope don't get that. And for all the people who want to rent this place, I've been here for 5 hours now. Witnessed two drug deals right out side by the smoking area. And some dude littlery hidding in a crevice of the building popping out of it asking people if they want drugs. This is not an embellishment... It's straight up stuff you'd see in a terrible movie, if the movie was about how to get drugs in hide a holes in your apartment in down town Calgary. Have fun with that.

The concierge menard is very caring, respectful and helpful. He cares about tenants’ issues and concerns; And he’s very fast to take on tasks.

never cleaned my room once. "under construction" chipped paint, drill hills everywhere, uneven cabinets, the TV was made in 2002. TV reception was the worst. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE
