Great all-round experiance. Staff are friendly and speak good English, always greeted when entering the store. Boots are warm and dry in the morning and closest place to leave your equipment after a day on the piste - which is another good reason to hire from them.

Great experience all around. Had good selection of high performance carving skis, and the reservation process was easy with immediate email confirmation and QR code to get the rental. Super convenient location too— couple minute walk to the lifts.

From the outset, the email communication and quality of service provided by François and the team he has is the best we've experienced to date, in 5 seasons of skiing and boarding .Continually friendly, informative and patient. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always a bit of fun and banter with the staff as we come and go changing from skis to boards and vice versa. We are intermediate skiers and beginner boarders, and to us, the equipment is always good, any issues were dealt with immediately. Highly recommended.

Not the first time I've used this store (many times since 1991!) they looked after my wife and daughter and ensured everything was as they wanted for their level of skiing. They stored and warmed the boots overnight each night too meaning we could walk comfortably to the shop and get ready just a few yards from the elevator to the piste
