Intersur Recoleta

My sister and I stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions while travelling in South America. It was booked by the tour agency. We had a comfortable stay, breakfast was good but could be improved. The location is great - very close to restaurants and the infamous Recoleta cemetery. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We left luggage there when going to Iguazu Falls, Rio and the Antartica. Bathroom in first room had a separate area with vanity which we liked - however, second room there was no room for toiletries. Hairdryers didnt work which I find is often a problem and tend to buy one if staying long enough. Some rooms could do with an upgrade. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

This is the 3rd time staying at Intersur Recoleta, the people working there is very nice, hotel is in great location, rooms are big, love their bath towels, I will continue to book in this hotel!

It is always good to have helpful people at reception and we have found Marcus to be very helpful with booking tours in BA.|The room is large but old and no light over the desk.|No hooks in the bathroom which would be simple to install.|Comfortable beds and air conditioning is available.|The breakfast was not exciting and the tea was luke warm and tasted of coffee.|Overall the hotel is adequate with super helpful reception staff.

The hotel is in a great location near the touristic center. But the rooms are old. The room i was given didn't have a working AC, The window in the bathroom was missing a hinge, and as it was very cold and windy, there was wind sound all night long hissing in the bathroom. The bathroom door handle came out of the door when i tried to open it for the first time. There isn't enough sheets for a cold season. It's a pity because it's a really wonderful location and beautiful building. The restaurant is amazing.

Comfy hotel in great location. Nice size rooms, large comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. Breakfast buffet a bit lacking.

Very pleasant hotel for a short stay. Spacious rooms - traditional furniture and furnishings - bathroom rather dated but well equipped. Breakfast offered a good choice including cereals/pastries/cold meats/cooked dishes. Good location for exploring the city centre on foot.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of things to do, shopping and dinning close by.

The location is fantastic, within very easy walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery, loads of restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms are okay, but feel a bit dated. The breakfast is plentiful but the same every day which can get boring if you stay for a few days. The service is decent but I wouldn't go so far as to call them welcoming.
