Intrèpid Hotel Rural

A beautiful room with a lovely garden and shared area. We visited outside of the tourist season; otherwise, there would have been many other facilities to explore in the hotel. The entire hotel is very elegant, with a consistent and stylish design. We were especially happy with the staff, who made our mornings delightful with a wonderful breakfast and warm smiles. We are grateful for that. Since we traveled outside the tourist season, staff were not always present, but they provided clear instructions on how to easily check in.

Lovely hotel located in Pi. It’s quant and isolated from all noise. With that being said, a car is necessary otherwise, it’ll take days to set out on foot. Upon entering, there’s a beautiful terrace with outdoor tables, perfect for enjoying a coffee. The indoor shared space includes a warm fireplace, leather sofas, and board games. The dining area always has something there for you to take whether it be water or their baked desserts. I can only speak for room 4 as that’s where we stayed. The room is spacious and beautiful with window views of the horses that live in the fields. The only thing is that the room doesn’t get a lot of natural sunlight although it does have windows. The bathroom has a skylight where the natural light can illuminate the bathroom. Thank goodness for the ritual infusers that keep the bathroom smelling amazing because as there is no fan, the bathroom can smell quite horrendous after your morning coffee. Love their morning breakfast and how they manage their buffet. The day before, you are to note down the quantity of what you’d like and of course, you can order more the day of. For people who love an abundance of food like me, this system works perfectly so that I don’t overeat. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again in the future.

We booked a stay at this fantastic hotel in november. The hotel is located in peaceful, scenic surroundings, with amazing hikes arround the area. The host was very friendly and attentive to us. it made our stay just as we had hoped for and imagined.

Lovely hotel in an old stone farmhouse, beautifully appointed with comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast made to order included. Fabulous area for biking, hiking or skiing. Several top rated restaurants nearby and easy driving distance to Andorra. Highly recommend!

In the beautiful village of Pi, Interpid hotel was on the spot for everything: Clean, perfectly designed, accurate, quiet and calm atmosphere. Above all the hosts that are very responsive and helpful with trip planning and great tips. The hotel is design for bicycle individuals and groups but not just Very good for as a base to travel around. In. overall highly recommended.

I'm sorry, but our experience with booking the Intrepid Hotel Rural was one of disappointment ! The pictures of the property on Booking.com portray it as elegant rural boutique accommodation, but when we arrived, it was far from ideal.||Firstly, there was nobody there to greet us and check us in, which we believe, is the mark of a good hotelier - a lady who lived on the premises suggested we check our emails as the owners apparently email guests instructions on how to book in !||The email gave the code for the outer courtyard gate and asked the guest to pick up their key from the abandoned reception - the courtyard was extremely scruffy with grass and weeds everywhere - our superior room (room 5) was very small (but clean and well equipped) and had mountain views, that is, if you could stand on tip toes to stare through the tiny windows.- Pi is an ancient farming backwater - the ample public parking was the lane outside the property, leaving one's vehicle at risk of being constantly side-swiped by passing tractors and trailers - the nearest bar / restaurant was approximately a mile or so away and, unless you were super fit, resulted in one having to drive to eat and drink - not conducive to holiday merriment ! We felt that the hotel was not properly described on Booking.com and we were so upset, we drove back to La Seu D'Urgell and booked into the Parador for the night.||Yes, the Intrepid Hotel Rural kept the 120 euros we had paid for the room, but there was no way I was going to stay there as we felt we had been somewhat misled with regard to the quality of the accommodation.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is newly renovated with a gorgeous style. There is attention to the minimum detail. The fireplace in the living room and the impressive breakfast make a 10/10. Congratulations!

Peaceful, comfortable, nice people and nice rooms. a perfect place for working or some days of relax, where nature is inside the hotel and silence is continued. I'll recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in a fantastic place.
