Intro Hostels Cusco

Good breakfast: bread, scrambled eggs, coffee/tea/juice. We had hummus once and butter a couple times, other times just jam. The water is super hot with strong pressure. Warm bed and we even had a heater in the room which is completely unheard of in Peru. I stayed in a double room with private toilet, everything was very clean and comfy. The location is close to the center but it's very inclined and can get a bit tiring. The wifi is very slow inside the room but good in the communal area. The room was on the ground floor right next to the bar area and it's noisy specially if you're sensitive to sound (might be better to bring some ear plugs) in case you end up in the same area. Their quinoa hamburger was very filling! 😋 It's a good place to stay though I would definitely recommend.

Loved this hostel. The staff were super lovely and helpful. Great location at the bottom of the steps just a few mins walk from Plaza del armas. The price room was small but cozy, comfy bed. Sometimes the hot water didn’t work but just needed to inform the staff and they’d sort it out. Stayed here twice and would stay again

Genuinely Recommend Intro Hostels! Stayed there on a budget, and it was everything you’d want. Clean, comfortable, and hot showers every time. There’s also girls only dorms :) The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Huge thanks to Johan for always bringing the best vibes. If you’re looking for great value and comfort, this is the place to be!

Super cute and chill hostel in Cusco for a great price. The included breakfast is simple but good and the rooms were nice with big lockers. My favorite part was the pisco sour class I did Friday night. I ended up coming back here twice and would recommend

Loved our stay here for 5 nights. Johan the receptionist (who literally works 24/7) was the absolute best. He made our time unforgettable, helping us with recommendations, cracking jokes, sharing music, helping us with our bags… etc. the location is fabulous and breakfast was always a treat. Thanks for everything!

Such a lovely hostel! The rooms are modern and spotless with really comfy beds. The free breakfast was delicious but the best part of this hostel is the staff - particularly Johan!! Such a friendly atmosphere created by the staff who are more than happy to help with anything you need - Johan went out of his way to help us multiple times during our stay:)

Warning: Keys are opening also other rooms! You have to fulfil some basic requirements when renting rooms to people. One of them is that nobody else than yourself can enter your private room. In this hotel this is not the case. My key opened other rooms on the same floor. So did the key from another guest in a different room on the same floor. That should never ever happen and there is no excuse. I would have given zero stars, if possible but it’s not. Therefore one star for the fact that the hostel immediately and without discussion refunded me because I didn’t want to stay in a place where random people have access to your room.

This is a wonderful place. Great chilled vibe, easy to chat with like minded folks. Lovely staff. Very helpful accommodating and friendly. I came down ill on arrival and had to call an emergency doctor and the staff were so caring and helpful. It's become my home from home in Cusco, came for 3 nights, stayed 8! Will definitely come back again in future. Very good value reasonable prices, nice free breakfast and good food! Cheers, Dave
