Don’t waste your time.
I’ll just say that I travel a lot and I always make it a point to stop into a town or village’s local art center, not only to see the art, but to talk to somebody from the area and browse their gift shop hopefully buying something from a local artisan. I came into this place today. (a Saturday) and I was the only visitor there at the time. I approached the desk where a man had his back to me and was busy cleaning a table. I didn’t want to bother him so I waited about five minutes Until he turned around and saw me. He turned and looked again, and then went back to his cleaning and didn’t say a word to me. I walked off and wandered around the gallery for a few minutes, which was fairly unimpressive – – some paintings and pictures from local collections without any information about the artists.
An older man walked in and loudly, greeted the worker who loudly greeted him back. They carried on a conversation while I walked right by without acknowledging me and I left.
