Everybody is very polite, cleaning lady is very kind, second day of our stay they gave us all new towels and made the bed even if we didn't told them. Breakfast is perfect, a lot of food, everything fresh and delicious. Very good selection. Rooms are very clean and warm. Reception personnel is very polite and professional. Hotel is located very near town center so you are very close to everything. All and all highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. If we ever come back to Krakow we will stay at this hotel again. The only bad thing was that we had to go home. 🤣 Amazing location, the tram/bus stop is in front of the hotel. It is a walkable distance from the main square. They offer help with some tours organization. Staff is polite, kind, professional. Our rating is 100000 out of 10. One of the best hotels we stayed at.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, I can not fault it at all. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on the food. You are a 15 minute walk from old town krakow or the tram stops right outside the hotel. You are a 10 minute walk away from the river boats and 5 minute walk from a big shopping centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel for friendliness, cleanliness and distance to amenities.

The hotel itself is lovely, clean, well decorated, the location is perfect. Our only few niggles were when we arrived the room was not ready, which is not a problem, but even on check in a bit later we were not offered information on what was around us, transportation, check out times, nothing, so we wandered a bit aimlessly at first. Also only 2 toilet rolls for 4 days, even with just 2 sheets left in the roll these were not changed until we asked. The shower gel was not replenished so we bought our own, and we were only given enough towels for one person after requesting all towels to be replaced, one small towel per person is not really enough. The food is amazing, the bar drinks are great, but I probably would not return.

Fabulous location to old town. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful in organising a tour. Bar staff very attentive. Food great and a large selection of choices for b/fast- would definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, super buffet breakfasts, good location plenty of local restaurants within 10 mins walk including Plac Nowy food area. About 15 - 20 mins stroll to the main square, a little less to Oskar Schindlers Enamel Factory Museum. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and it was very quiet but apparently it can be a bit noisy on the street side. Would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again

Convenient location in an neighborhood with many offers. The old town is just 20.min walk away but also served by the frequent tram. Nice hotel, good breakfast, decent bar-restaurant downstairs as well.

Lovely hotel just three tram stops from the Old Town right outside the entrance. Breakfast was plentiful and the couple of evening meals we had at the hotel were very good. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, so overall a great choice for a Krakow break 👍
