Inya Lake Hotel

A charming historic property nestled along the shores of Yangon’s largest lake. It offers a peaceful retreat away from the city’s noise, making it ideal for travelers looking for relaxation rather than the hustle and bustle of downtown Yangon. The setting by Inya Lake is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s biggest draws. The rooms are large, with private balconies overlooking either the lake or gardens. The hotel features a large outdoor pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a sauna, making it a good option for leisure travelers. But, while the hotel retains its charm, some areas—particularly the rooms—feel outdated and could use renovation. Furniture and décor seem worn, and modernization would enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is really old. The bathroom is in terrible condition and the linens smell. I stayed there in unavoidable situation so definitely not returning nor recommending. But its landscape and environment is quite serene and peaceful. Their deli counter has some delicious pastries and desserts though.

Buffet is very good and delicious. The rooms are a bit old , but the outdoor view is very good for relaxing. A little far from the main road to hotel. Services are very nice.

Yummy chicken sausages on breakfasts, the Room is quite nice, the balcony is dusty, I like the yellow curtain in the bathroom

I attended a seminar and in house training of my shipping company in Mingalar Ballroom within this Inya Lake Hotel. Service is quite good and it's just acceptable. Also the taste of the food is a little under average the hotel level. The hotel has a great view and scenic with Inya lake.Good to walk beside the lakeshore and feel the nature. Room for 3 Service for 3 Location for 4 Food for 2.5

Very good in everything! I had a blast there! Food was amazing the rooms had the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and the service was absolutely magnificent!

Gorgeous location. Very courteous and welcoming staff. Oldish but Nostalgic rooms.

The room service was very good the room were very nice it was room 418 and the bathroom were very small and the hotel was very old it also has free wi fi and the dinner was very good the hotel is very big .
