Inya Lake Hotel

The location of the hotel is wonderful has amazing view, especially with the lake right by the property. It made for a very relaxing stay. The staff were kind and welcoming, and I want to especially recognize our housekeeper, Phy Lae Wai, who was truly remarkable. She always greeted us with her beautiful smile and made us feel very well taken care of. During our stay, we really enjoyed the amenities. I was able to play tennis, and we used the pool mostly every day, which added a lot to our experience. The rooms are quite outdated and could really use a deep remodel. We also experienced AC issues a few times during our stay, and the lake area could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. Overall, I gave 4 stars due to the great location, friendly service, and amenities, but the rooms definitely need updating to match the rest of the experience.

It's PERFECT Breakfast is super fantastic 😍 ❤️ giving by heart . Food, Service, Location, Views are attracted. All the staffs are too kind and patient.Respect and thanks a lot. Housekeeping team is really really warm supporting. M sure l would like back again. The room is so cozy , calming and it's so romantic. Like the hotel rooms decoration makes relax of mind and cool. Heart of yangon and feel freely fresh air, hotel compound is full of plants and great lucky is a place that belongs besides of Inya Lake.

The booking system of this hotel is terrible and completely inflexible. My friends and I (a total of 7 people) wanted to have a daycation here, and we were ready to book at least 2 rooms, even 4 rooms if needed. Money wasn’t an issue. But the hotel simply refused to allow daycation bookings for no clear reason. Very disappointing service!

The hotel offers exceptional service and a remarkable environment, both deserving of a five-star rating. However, the room accommodations do not align with the overall high standards, despite the reception area, lobby, and restaurant maintaining a five-star quality.

The location of the hotel is explicit with great view or lake and sounds of the nature surround you. The room conditions are a little older as they will need morden modifications. Apart from that, the value for money is good.
