The hotel offers exceptional service and a remarkable environment, both deserving of a five-star rating. However, the room accommodations do not align with the overall high standards, despite the reception area, lobby, and restaurant maintaining a five-star quality.

Appreciate to the wonderful staff & Housekeeper…Thank you! I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable staycation at Inya Lake Hotel. The room was spotless and cozy, and the housekeeping team did an exceptional job throughout my stay. I especially want to thanks Su Thandar Tun and Phyo Htet Moe for their attention to detail—fresh towels, a perfectly made bed, and a room that always felt fresh and welcoming. The staff was warm and professional, and every interaction felt genuine. It made a short getaway feel like a real treat. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable—I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and friendly place to stay.

Operator is not in good service especially their voice not friendly. We just want to upgrade the room, they said we can't change the room type. I'm not sure they're really check it or not. This is just my reservation stage. How could I rest there.

I was great and I love it as it has got a convenience store inside and has a tennis court. Really nice and I would recommend going.

Food is so delicious. Service waitresses Soe Kalay ar is so friendly.

The morning shift receptionist seemed rather unhelpful. When I politely inquired about the possibility of getting a plaster, she abruptly responded, “You can go and buy it at the convenience store right away.”Similarly, the housekeeping supervisor appeared unfriendly. After accidentally locking my key inside my room, I approached him for assistance. Despite expressing my gratitude with a smile, he responded as if he was irritated by my request. Given his demeanor, a role that requires less direct interaction with people might be more suitable for him.

Old hotel. Facilities are outdated. But charming

The view from balcony and surrounding environment is very nice. Its location is the good choice for relaxation.
