The best glasses shop in edinburgh. They have a great selection of frames. I love their flat rate pricing system; it's amazing value! The staff are so friendly and really helpful, and had a great system in place to allow us to try on glasses during the pandemic. Couldn't recommend more!

Amazing customer service, the staff could not have been friendlier. Great prices compared to other shops, £75 covering frames/lenses etc. All very stylish frames. Visiting during a pandemic I didn't think I would be allowed to try on frames however they had a procedure in place for trying on. Can't wait for my glasses to arrive - getting sent to my address at no extra cost also!! 10/10

Absolutely delighted with my glasses from IOLLA. From start to finish their customer service was excellent. I popped in (by appointment) to the Stockbridge store and the two young men on the shop floor were really approachable and helpful with the whole experience. The choice of glasses is really fantastic and there's a style for everyone. There are so many sleek, stylish modern styles and some super lovely vintage styles too. I would recommend here without a doubt and I can't wait to return in the future for all my optometry needs. The set price of £75 for any style - which impressively includes lens thinning, antiglare coating and a lovely case - is excellent value for money and truly is testament to Iolla's exemplary customer service. Look no further for your new pair of glasses !

Most of my experiences with buying glasses haven't been that great. I'd be more worried about finding the perfect frame, only to find out they're way out of my price range anyway. With Iolla, it's a fixed fee of £65, lenses included, which is great. I actually spent the time trying out frames and not worrying about anything else, which was a nice change. The staff were super helpful, giving you plenty of space and time to try things out and being readily available for any questions you might have. All in all a great experience. Should've come here ages ago. Highly recommend 👍👍

Bought my first pair of glasses from Iolla back in 2017 and they have lasted so well. They arrived right before I went away to America for a bit and the lens was very slightly out of the frame, when I went back in with my new prescription I mentioned it to the girl in the shop so she asked me to bring them in. It couldn't be popped in safely so they replaced my glasses so that I could have a spare pair in case something happened to my new ones, their customer service can't be faulted. Both pairs I've had have been really high quality and I've often been complimented on them because the team in the showroom take time to talk you through what styles suit you. You also cannot fault the price of them. Honestly could not recommend enough, I hope Iolla goes on to grow across the UK.

Have used Iolla for several years now at their Stockbridge stock and have been happy with the service and product. However recently the hinge broke on one of my glasses and I travelled to get them repaired. I was told that I would need to buy a new frame at £50. Eventually they agreed to replace. However for me the quality of the product is not what I expected now if a hinge can’t be repaired. The email response to my feedback was also relatively dismissive. Shame as I am very brand loyal and liked this Optician. Overall great company but for me the quality and service after my recent encounter has put me off using again.

This place is great, The staff are always really friendly and the frames are so varied in style you'll find the right pair for you. Very stylish. The price is amazing, often you can only afford one pair. Thanks to Iolla I can afford to have a choice in what I pop on my face and don't have to wear the same glasses every day.

I stopped in today without a lot of optimism: I have a difficult and expensive prescription, with quite a limited range of frames available from my optometrist due to my prescription. The moment I entered, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were totally honest with me about which frames would work best for me, and imaginative about suggesting frames I might not have considered on my own. A totally brilliant experience. I'd give more than five stars if I could!
