Ionas Boutique Hotel

Fantastic stay at Ionas Boutique Hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional — the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway! Would surely return to this same place.

What a lovely stay we had at this hotel. I have thought for a few days how best to put into words the experience we had there, and it has been difficult-- it was that special! The rooms are just lovely-- clean and comfortable. We had a window that opened up to a charming street below and I enjoyed at the end of the night looking out at the small groups of people that gathered for late night dinners. No noise disturbances or anything like that-- just quiet murmurs of the city. It's in a perfect area of town-- short walk to the harbor and lots of little shops and restaurants to choose from. We felt safe at all times. Re: the service we received here. It was out of this world. The breakfast in the mornings was SO good that my partner and I would push back plans to make sure we could eat in the morning. The owners noticed that I didn't drink coffee by the second day, and were kind enough to offer a special tea instead which was SO good. Little bits of attention like that just made our stay so special. When we departed Chania to move on to Heraklion, I found myself missing our room, the city, and the people who ran the hotel (and their dog!). Ionas and Chania will forever be VERY special to us. Thank you to them!!!

Had a fantastic stay at Ionas and stayed 1 more night since Samaria gorge was closed. They fixed one extra night and we could store baggage there too. Very nice breakfast in calm cute backside of hotel. Would love to come back! Clean!!!

Very close to everything for walking distance, breakfast was included and very delicious. AC worked great to keep the room cold and toilet had a bisdet. Most generous staff and very friendly.

A beautifully restored hotel in the middle of the traffic free, old Turkish quarter in the centre of Chania. A family run business where care for guests is the priority. Lovely rooms, superb breakfasts and a delightful roof garden. Spitting distance from several excellent restaurants and close to the harbour. We really didn't want to leave.

The Ionas Boutique Hotel is a beautiful historic landmark and in a great location. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. The owner and staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely highly recommend Ionas Boutique Hotel and look forward to returning.
