Ios Palace Hotel & Spa

We stayed at Ios Palace for 4 days in September 2025 and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment I started communicating with the hotel via email before our arrival, I was impressed by how responsive and helpful the staff were.||The location is fantastic—just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, which made everything very convenient. I was a bit concerned about the number of stairs at the property, but we were given Room #101 on the first floor, which was perfect and easy to access from the lobby.||Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and housekeeping came by daily to keep everything fresh and tidy. Since we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, the hotel kindly upgraded us. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a fruit basket, and a lovely handwritten note—such a thoughtful gesture!||Room 101 is large and ideal for a family. It has one queen-size bed and 2 large sofa beds in the separate living room, and a stunning large balcony complete with a table, chairs, loungers, and a magnificent sea view. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The room didn't have a kettle, which would have been nice for making a cup of tea in the morning. Oddly, there were no tissues in the room either. An extra dresser would also be helpful, as drawer space was limited. There was a lack of coat-hangers as well.||The pool area is beautiful, a great spot to unwind. ||We arrived by ferry, and the hotel arranged for their driver to pick us up, which was very convenient.||The bus to Chora town is a short walk from this hotel. ||Breakfast was included and felt quite fancy, with a wide selection. However, my only small complaint would be that there isn't a self-serve coffee and tea station—you have to ask the wait staff for hot drinks. ||One helpful tip: Ask the front desk to make restaurant reservations for you in advance. The popular spots in Ios get quite busy in September, and many don’t answer their phones or accept same-day reservation changes.||Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Ios Palace—especially for a special occasion.

We only stayed one night at Ios Palace, but it was truly an unforgettable experience for me, my wife, and our son. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived – the hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and located right next to the beach.||The food was fresh, delicious, and served with care. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxed and welcoming.||We stayed in one of the luxury villas, and it felt like a little piece of paradise. If you’re considering booking, we absolutely recommend paying a little more to enjoy this heavenly experience – it’s more than worth it!||And finally, the staff… just amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and always smiling. They made us feel special, even though we were only there for a short stay.||Thank you, Ios Palace, for such a memorable visit!

This place was absolutely amazing! You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location—right at Mylopotas Beach, surrounded by charming boutiques, cozy cafés, and minimarts, with organized beaches just steps away. The hotel staff went above and beyond—always friendly, helpful, and eager to please.||Each room is uniquely designed, giving the hotel its own special character. One of the highlights is the fabulous pool that overlooks the sparkling water—it’s the perfect spot to relax. Breakfast is included, and the food is outstanding.||The pricing is very reasonable, and you truly get incredible value for your money. This gem in Ios is one I’d highly recommend!

The overall stay at Ios Palace Hotel was very pleasant, the location is outstanding, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, of course the view was phenomenal! Also the breakfasts had a large selection as well as great taste! What could generally have been better was definitely solving the issue with the toilet smell, it was truly unpleasant and constantly present throughout the day in the pool area. Another point is staff, some staff members (at the reception) were always very friendly, helpful and professional, whereas the people working in the restaurant were oftentimes not experienced and not competent in their work. Otherwise were very satisfied with our experience and can also recommend the restaurant at the hotel!

Our Family booked into this hotel. Situated a stone throw from the beach Very pleasant mixture like between a hotel, motel and air b and b ! based on vibe and facilities offered. There is no real lounge and only an outside bar . Rooms apartment style and bit slack in cleaning times . Staff also said they short staffed !We had to call reception a few time to get more toilet paper ! Rooms comfortable and breakfasts nice on the terrace . Had lunch one day huge portions but quality only ok . Lovely pool area and outside bar . Reception staff super friendly and helpful.

It is my second time I visited and stayed in ios plage hotel. Mrs Maria, a lovely lady with smile and warm heart is always offering the best of hospitality standards, very clean and bright rooms and premises, her breakfast with home made products, and not forget to mention Mister George warm welcome and significant assistance too. Thanking them for the nice welcome and excellent service they offered to my pets and myself as well. The best pet friendly resort I've ever been in my life. A superb experience to remember. Whenever I will visit Ios in the future I will make sure I'll stay at Ios Plage hotel with lot's of pleasure. The view is amazing too!!! Bravo 👏 👏 👏 keep up the excellent performance 🙏 I ❤️ you guys

The location is second to none. Our room was comfortable. We had a couple of small room issues but they were dealt with very quickly. Staff polite and helpful. Top pool on 7th floor is the secret as it can be quite quiet with great views. Breakfast selection very good. We had dinner on the first night in the hotel restaurant, it was quite empty. To put it briefly we had issues with some of the food but in fairness to the Maitre d he sorted things out and was very fair. So, the key issue is the sewerage/toilet issue that wafts across parts of the hotel. We believe this is the reason the dining area and poll bar are little used in the evening, despite a great location. We raised this with the hotel staff as it is a major issue and were told it is an issue for the buildings in the area where the hotel is located. Such a shame and it needs solving as soon as possible for all the businesses in the area.

We had a fabulous time at the iOS Palace. I only wish it was longer. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was always a delight and all the staff we encountered could not be more happy and helpful. They really went extra to make our stay a joyful one. I said to my girlfriends - if I disappear one day..... this is where I'll be - come find me!
