⭐ IOTA Hotel: Small Name, Big Disappointments. If you think “IOTA” means a tiny bit of quality, well… you’re sadly mistaken. This place redefines the phrase “what’s the minimum we can do?” Check-in felt like an audition for a silent film—lots of gestures, zero helpfulness. Staff seemed to have mastered the art of looking busy while doing absolutely nothing. My room was a masterclass in “functional neglect.” The bed was so lumpy I’m convinced it had a personal vendetta against me. The shower pressure fluctuated between “drizzle” and “gushing flood,” sometimes in the same five minutes. Breakfast was the culinary equivalent of a participation trophy—there, but why bother? Coffee was a sad, weak excuse for a morning pick-me-up. If you want a place that’s a solid “no” in every sense, congratulations: you found it.

I recently stayed at Iota Hotel in Tbilisi. My stay was so good. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Have to say that the bed was very comfortable... The location is perfect, right in the old city. Every other part of Tbilisi is so close. Transport tip, download Bolt or ride the metro. I will be back. Highly recommended.

⭐ 1 star (Only because I can't give 0) The worst hotel experience I've never even had — and that says a lot. I booked this hotel expecting basic hospitality, but what I got was rudeness, arrogance, and absolute disrespect from the staff — all before even checking in. One female staff member, Sofia, was incredibly rude on the phone — barking responses like I was a burden, not a paying guest. Then a male staff (Ezraad or something similar) decided to jump in, acting unhinged and wildly unprofessional, speaking over me, raising his voice, and showing no basic manners. Instead of apologizing or de-escalating, the so-called manager Nino defended their nonsense with a smug attitude and zero accountability. I immediately cancelled my stay — no way was I going to ruin my short, beautiful trip by looking at those three miserable, incompetent faces. This place doesn’t deserve a single guest until they clean house and learn what hospitality even means. I’ll be reporting this to every booking platform and warning as many people as I can. If you value your peace of mind, stay away.

Excellent Reception service and good wifi. Great location near Liberty / Freedom Square. My 3rd time here i think!

you will have pretty much of everything you need. except space. and AC ( blows hot air only. ) not good for families with children. though it offers good location with access to shops and dines.

Hotel was very clean. Loved the design and indoor garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. It has 2 restaurants one had the garden view and the other rooftop view of the city. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. I really enjoyed the experience.
