IOTA Hotel Tbilisi

This was a very nice hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor was very good. The service was helpful, and the food was delicious! We didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant up top, but heard good things. The location of the hotel was ideal for walking to many of the sites and locations we wanted to go to. It felt safe also. We had a room with a terrace which was beautiful! We had the wall of plants and flowers just outside which was stunning.

Our experience at this hotel was very mediocre. The room wasn’t clean; I wiped the table with a wet wipe and it came out full of dirt. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom sink kept splashing water everywhere. The standard room was tiny and felt very depressing with dull colors, poor lighting, and just a generally gloomy atmosphere. We ended up upgrading, but even then the room didn’t feel fresh or comfortable. The AC situation was horrible. It turns out they switched the central AC to heating because some guests complained it was too cold, but no one informed us at check-in. We spent hours wondering why the room kept getting hotter until we finally asked. This should have been clearly mentioned during check-in. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient, close to the Old Town and a nice bakery. The restaurant downstairs was also decent. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. My husband actually felt sick throughout our stay and got better as soon as we moved to another hotel. The whole place just gave off an unpleasant, depressing vibe.

Nice modern boutique hotel well positioned and only a few minutes walk from Freedom Square and the Old Town.|Our room, 407, was a larger corner room. Clean and tidy perhaps needs a bit more lighting and the room safe needs to be more easily accesible rather than at such a high position.|Take corner you do not hurt your leg against the bed corners.|The shower room is large with a decent shower although the towels are small.|Breakfast has a good choice and staff friendly although not all spoke good Englsih.|Would certainly use it again.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent for the price. The only thing to note is that the room was smaller than expected. It was fine for a solo traveler or a short stay, but if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple, it might feel a bit tight. That said, the space was well-used and very comfortable overall. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed from October 24-27, we arrived before the check in time and we got the room immediately! It was my birthday so they surprised me with a nice piece of cake in the room! Everyday cleaning an renewal of amenities. The stuff was very nice always helping when needed!, The location couldn’t be better!!! I highly recommend this hotel, and surely come back!!!!! Claudia

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The food at the restaurant was lovely too and the overall feel was relaxed and calm.

This hotel is great for everyone who is visiting Tbilisi! The Room & Service was excellent and the hotel is right next to the freedom square which makes it very accessible. The Staff is super friendly, merciful and competent, the breakfast had various dishes and was yummy! - overall I'm very much happy to have chosen this hotel and I'll do it again in future! :D
