Nice room, clean hotel, and excellent location. It’s a short walk from Centrale. The hotel itself is clean and reception was pleasant! Spa was also a wonderful addition after a long day. Their roof top bar is a cool spot to dine and listen to their live band. What stood out most is their staff. Curt did an excellent job assisting us during our stay. Our twins were travelling with us and he made sure the cots were ready upon our return. His attentiveness and ability to anticipate our needs exceeds our expectations. We will definitely comeback and recommend this place to our friends.

It is a very convenient place to stay with a short walk from the train station. The hotel is wonderful place to stay with wonderful staff. From check in to check out, everyone was kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a relief from the hot and humid days. The breakfast as well as the dinner and drinks were great. Elizabetta who worked at the hotel restaurant in the evening was very personable and a great waitress. The restaurant has great views of the train station and if you are looking for a cocktail, the Ukraine and Mexico are a great choice. If we are in Milan again, we would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at iQ Hotel Milano! The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made the difference was the excellent staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They made my wife’s birthday extra special by surprising her with a small cake and singing “Happy Birthday.” It was such a thoughtful gesture that we will never forget. Everything was perfect — great location, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

All the staff were amazing! They went above and beyond for me and made me feel like I was the only guest there. The front desk men were so kind and sweet! I was stuck on a train for over 3 hours due to a train broken down and I wasn’t going to get back to Milan or this hotel before the IQ restaurant closed and they were able to take my room service order over the phone before they closed and bring it up to my room before I arrived back to my room! All my food was still hot and tasted great! Truly great service and felt special the entire time. This hotel is also right next to a big train station and made it very convenient to get to places on time and easy. Thank you IQ!

I stayed here for a week and it was excellent! Probably the best hotel I've stayed at so far. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern. I loved that they refilled the refrigerator everyday with drinks free of charge. The best part was the spa which included a sauna and hot tub. They allowed you to reserve the spa for 45 minutes max each day. It was worth every penny! You have the option to include breakfast with your stay and I definitely recommend you do so. It's buffet style and they have many different foods to choose from including dairy free substitutes. The bar on the 6th floor offers really good drinks and descent food. The service is very friendly and polite, especially Elizabeth. I recommend you try the café shakerato! My suggestions for improvement would be to replace the gym machine. I didn't really like it. I also wish there was a smith machine or leg press. The location is super convenient and walking distance from Milano Centrale. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel situated in safe area very close to Milan's Central Train Station (4 minutes walk). Hotel staff very friendly and willing to assist. Enjoyed complimentary welcome drink on Rooftop Bar. Ordered also dinner on the Rooftop which was very tasty with many options. Minibar in room stocked with free items for the use of the guests including drinks, biscuits, nuts, etc. Would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again during our next visit to Milan

Stayed here in August. TOP Hotel! Wonderful location. Near the central station. Just a 5 min walk to the airport buses. Hard to find due to the lack of signage on the street level. Beautiful room. There’s a spa perfect for after a long day of shopping. Breakfast was good too. But what stand out the most to me is Curt, he is helpful and friendly. He helped me and my daughter when she accidentally wounded her finger. He immediately provided her first aid and comforted her with his silly jokes. I will definitely comeback again and recommend this place to families with children. Kudos to Curt!

I had a wonderful stay at IQ Milan Hotel. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very attentive, helpful, and warm. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.
