Terrific hotel. Beautifully positioned near the main Centrale station. Friendly helpful staff who provide useful information. Very nice rooms with a good range of little extras. Rooftop bar with great views. Great place to enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco. Very comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. Shower is small, but they always are in Europe. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Milan.

Incredibly convenient location at a good price point. After several long days of travelling, it was a surprise and a delight to see that the variety of mini bar items were complimentary (sparkling and still water, fruit juice, and slightly sweet beverages; salty and sweet snacks). The beds were comfortable and the rooms looked new and clean. The rooftop bar is very nice, and the food there is above average. The staff were very nice about fixing me a sandwich to-go so I could eat in my room. Breakfast was served buffet-style and contained a good assortment of options including vegetables, gluten-free, and dairy-free. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel. The location is 10/10, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and welcoming (shoutout to Edoardo at the front desk, who always made us feel welcome and was attentive and willing to help). I will definitely stay here whenever I come back to Milan.

Nice room, clean hotel, and excellent location. It’s a short walk from Centrale. The hotel itself is clean and reception was pleasant! Spa was also a wonderful addition after a long day. Their roof top bar is a cool spot to dine and listen to their live band. What stood out most is their staff. Curt did an excellent job assisting us during our stay. Our twins were travelling with us and he made sure the cots were ready upon our return. His attentiveness and ability to anticipate our needs exceeds our expectations. We will definitely comeback and recommend this place to our friends.

It is a very convenient place to stay with a short walk from the train station. The hotel is wonderful place to stay with wonderful staff. From check in to check out, everyone was kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. The air conditioning worked very well, which was a relief from the hot and humid days. The breakfast as well as the dinner and drinks were great. Elizabetta who worked at the hotel restaurant in the evening was very personable and a great waitress. The restaurant has great views of the train station and if you are looking for a cocktail, the Ukraine and Mexico are a great choice. If we are in Milan again, we would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at iQ Hotel Milano! The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made the difference was the excellent staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They made my wife’s birthday extra special by surprising her with a small cake and singing “Happy Birthday.” It was such a thoughtful gesture that we will never forget. Everything was perfect — great location, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a week and it was excellent! Probably the best hotel I've stayed at so far. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern. I loved that they refilled the refrigerator everyday with drinks free of charge. The best part was the spa which included a sauna and hot tub. They allowed you to reserve the spa for 45 minutes max each day. It was worth every penny! You have the option to include breakfast with your stay and I definitely recommend you do so. It's buffet style and they have many different foods to choose from including dairy free substitutes. The bar on the 6th floor offers really good drinks and descent food. The service is very friendly and polite, especially Elizabeth. I recommend you try the café shakerato! My suggestions for improvement would be to replace the gym machine. I didn't really like it. I also wish there was a smith machine or leg press. The location is super convenient and walking distance from Milano Centrale. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel situated in safe area very close to Milan's Central Train Station (4 minutes walk). Hotel staff very friendly and willing to assist. Enjoyed complimentary welcome drink on Rooftop Bar. Ordered also dinner on the Rooftop which was very tasty with many options. Minibar in room stocked with free items for the use of the guests including drinks, biscuits, nuts, etc. Would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying there again during our next visit to Milan

all the workers here were so nice and friendly! they had an ice and water machine which me and my mom loved. they did have a restaurant upstairs but wasn't our favorite. the portion sizes were diabolical. breakfast is also not good. it's buffet style and they don't seem to bring out fresh food. i would also say it's nothing really an american would want.. my biggest complaint is the maids clean a bit too early and are extremely loud. vacuuming and doing all the things. the walls are super thin. when you get there they do give you a coupon for 10% off at the restaurant upstairs and a complimentary drink. we didn't need to make a reservation and it wasn't too busy at all. it says rooftop restaurant but it's not quite an american rooftop. it's all windows still and not quite the best views. if arriving by train make sure you get off at milan centrale it's literally a 5 minute walk from there. in this area there isn't very many shops or restaurants so additional travel may be needed

This hotel has six floors and very convenient to the centre train station. The gym facilities and top floor restaurant and bar are also good accommodations. However, the staff working here aren't very welcoming.
