Beautiful new airport. Has 6 gates or so I believe. When you depart from Iqaluit to Ottawa you go through Canada border agency security, with the security line and the max 100 ml liquid bottle carry on item screening process just like the south. They got a cafe and gift shop inside, poutine, sandwiches, various items. Gift shop is cool but a little pricey, I like their "road to nowhere" hoodie. Down the hallway they feature artwork from communities all over Nunavut.

I love the coffee there and staffs were kind. And the old airport is still there but not operational

Staff were helpful, kind, supportive, respectful. I found ĥealthy food and water to purchase when hunger hit my stomach. It's clean quiet and cozy there. Great place!

The terminal was only recently completely done from scratch and is a pleasant experience. Quick processing and lots of outlets everywhere. They most def lost points for not offering passengers wifi in the airport. That’s cheap.

Clean , nice all good but no paid or free wifi. Mo one is helping. I asked Amanda and many others very weirdly rejected.

Travel through here for work...new airport...much better than the old one... gift shop...but only one place to get a coffee or to order something to eat...just like the old airport.

Iqaluit International Airport (CYFB) is the most important airport in Nunavut, Canada. Large reproductions of artworks by famous Inuit artists are on display in the terminal. Here a Lockheed C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft prepares to take off.

The airport of Iqaluit was recently renovated. In my perspective the airport seemed very modern. And mid sized. There were not enough taxies in the area, so I guess I just decided to rent a car. The airport was kinda empty.
