Iran Zamin

Jissan the manager is super arrogant and rude. In our 6 day trip to Dubai, we visited this place 4 nights in a row and we had the best time when the manager Jissan was no where to be seen. On our 5th night last night - the manager was at the restaurant & was super arrogant and rude ruining our entire experience here. Not only to us but also to the waiters who got friendly with us after us visiting this space everyday by shouting at them for adjusting us in ! He lied to us that there are people waiting to get seated when in reality there was no body! He had no decency to talk and told us “everybody can spend money” and we are pressurising the waiters. He also mentioned “he’s stayed in Dubai for 20 years and this is the way it works” when all we asked for was for him to be respectful when he speaks. And mid conversation with us when he was being rude and disrespectful he was greeting Arab guests with a warm smile and handshakes! Absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour. Our group was all senior citizens and just me and my sister. He refused to accommodate us or adjust us and insisted we are blocking the way even though we had 2 separate tables. After all this no one has come and taken orders for the past 30 minutes. Adding pictures of the empty tables - while we waited for 1 hour because he wanted to be racist and rude. The waitstaff is absolutely warm and kind & the food is amazing. The manager is the reason why we would think twice before visiting. Attaching images of the empty tables - only after we asked if we can sit there to another waiter were we seated after 10 mins. You can see the manager pacing around at the back in dark navy suit.

Superb cuisine, excellent service and the sheesha was fantastic. This restaurant has been in business for over 30 years and I can understand why! Come to London and you’ll make a fortune. Highly recommended

The kebabs were tender, the rice perfectly fragrant, and the service warm and welcoming. Truly one of the best Persian dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended !

Delicious Persian food in the heart of Downtown Dubai! The kebabs were juicy and full of flavor, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Special thanks to our waitress Mausami, Ansaf & Liberty for their kind and attentive service—she made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Iranian cuisine!

I came based on reviews, i am sorry its not even reach the expectations. Simply the Kebab is very very oily and i dont think its fresh. Aash is nice. Not visiting again

This restaurant was fantastic. This was one of the most authentic Persian restaurants. I’ve had by far and I would recommend GAMAJ kebab plate. I got the beef plate, but I’m sure any of them will be fantastic as they serve it to you and shake it in front of you and mix up the entire plate. The hookah was really good as well. I got the lemon mint. It tasted more minty and I liked it. Also, I’d recommend getting at least one or 2 cups of tea as it was fantastic and it comes with the Persian crystal with saffron. SABIN was fantastic thank you so much.
