Iranshar Hotel

This was the best accommodation I had in two long stays in Iran (3 months each). Everything is excellent: location, rooms, cleanness, organization, breakfast, prices. The staff is friendly, helpful and some of them speak a very good English. The restaurant is open for lunch and has a reasonable food. Many thanks to all the Iranshahr Hotel’s team!

Despite the hotel's convenient location, my stay was greatly affected by the extremely poor service delivered by the receptionist. Her astonishing rudeness, disinterest in assisting, and dismissive behavior left me regretting my choice of accommodation. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, she denied my request, and the manager failed to address the issue or show any proactive concern. Moreover, there were concerns about racist behavior and negative body language. The overall experience was regrettable due to below-average breakfast offerings, the absence of complimentary water or a kettle in the room for making tea, and a charge for most amenities except for restroom.

I Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, Everybody was amazing from the Concierge, receptionists, housekeeping and waiters.I really appreciate that they accommodated me even When I arrived before check-in time. As for the rooms,they are cosy and have the basic necessities but one downside, they are not soundproof. Lastly,they have excellent selection of food at the breakfast buffet.

Very old hotel. The shower didn't work properly. Water temperature always changing from cold to very hot. The room, reception and restaurant are very dark because of the old fashioned decoration. Agreed on a price and when we arrived the price was higher. I recommend to search for another place to stay. There are better options in the area.

I stayed in the hotel with my colleagues for one night, we had 4 separated rooms and all of us were not satisfied. the rooms were small not clean enough. the breakfast was so poor and the staff were not behave kindly. we did not really like the hotel atmosphere. It was waste of money being in the hotel.

Friendly staff but sometimes slow to respond for standard requests like making the bill, wake up call etc. Quick taxi service nearby , convenient.||Clean bed, free wifi, couple of western channels on tv, sattellite., air conditioning ok., However,Our rooms looking to the street was noisy, making it difficult to sleep. ||The restaurant was clean, pleasant, nice musics, good food and breakfast, friendly waiters. They all spoke in Turkish to us which was nice and helpful.
