The landlord is super-friendly. He recommended us what turn out to be the best beach of the whole holiday (San Giovanni di Sinis) and a few excellent restaurants in the city. We got a quiet, spacious room with terrace. Besides the bed, there is also a small, equipped kitchen (which we never used - we had the restaurant list :-)). The bathroom is spacious and everything is new and clean. We could park the car for free across the street. There is an elevator - handy if, like us, you travel around with 2 23kg bags...||The center is a 5 min walk.

I was very very enjoy of this apartment. Here is made by all warm heart. Tea, coffee machine, sugar, water, oil, all devices for cook. Guys, are u crazy to put Such wonderful expansive whirlpool for guests? Usually I do like this for my self. I mean all details was such warm as from moms hands. Hot water, comfortable bed, blankets, and etc.. I am very grateful to u for that. And of-course I recommend this apartment for everybody!! This service Having much more value then money.

😊: Very close to center. Very nice and kind owner. The apartment was nice and all necessary for a couple of days. 😢: The kitchen could be a little bit more equipped. But besides that everything was fine.

Originally we looked to book into the Eleonora B&B but were offered an apartment in their other building the Iride Guest House. On arrival in Oristano we were met by Andrea and given a tour of the apartment. There was everything you would need - double bed, double sofa bed, kitchenette, a good sized bathroom and much needed air conditioning.||The apartment is well located near the old part of Oristano with shops and restaurants close by. The apartment did not include breakfast but this was not a problem as there was a supermarket within a couple of minute walk and a lovely fresh food market with breads, cheeses, meats and fruits at good prices.||We highly recommend a stay at Iride - we had a great few days here

I strongly recommend this guest house for the brand new furniture, excellent and comfortable spaces, close to the Centre of Oristano and to the best beaches of Sardinia like Maimoni, Is Aruttas and Mari Ermi... just to cite some of ...||fantastic location for a fantastic guest house!
