The ambiance was absolutely stunning — one of the best atmospheres I’ve ever experienced. The setting was elegant, thoughtfully designed, and truly gave the impression that we were in for a memorable experience. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The service was extremely disappointing, and quite frankly, unacceptable for a venue of this standard. I had to ask the server over ten times just to get basic items like food and drinks. Meanwhile, other tables were being served promptly — often without even having to ask — while we were repeatedly ignored for reasons that remain unclear. It genuinely felt as though our table was completely forgotten. The lack of attention not only disrupted the flow of the meal but also made the whole experience frustrating and, at times, embarrassing. What should have been a smooth, enjoyable brunch turned into a constant effort just to be served. When you’re paying AED 490 per person, expectations are understandably high — not just for the ambiance, but also for the food and service. Unfortunately, the food fell short. While the guacamole was absolutely fantastic, the rest of the dishes were average at best. For this price point, the quality should be A-grade, not C-level. A place that charges this premium needs to deliver across all aspects — not just with its looks. It’s a real shame — because with such incredible potential, this venue could offer a truly outstanding experience. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and raises the standard, because both the space and the guests deserve far better.

Every bite was a flavor explosion — I could eat it all over again right now. 🍣🍗 But my absolute favorite part? When they started blowing bubbles all over the place! It felt like a dreamy, magical escape — like stepping into a fairytale for a few moments. So cute, so unexpected, and so Iris. 🫧✨ Already planning my next visit… because some nights are just too perfect not to repeat. 💫

I had a great time at the ladies night "Pretty in Pink" at iris, because I had a delicious Sunday brunch before. It was full of cute girls! 😛❤️😘 (Important) The music was great🎶, the staff was very friendly, and they took good care of us from start to finish. 🥰 And the food was delicious! 🍣 They even had sushi! I definitely want to come back here again.😝
