This is the only bike shop in Pittsburgh I'll be going to. Not only is Josh super friendly and personable, he does a great job ensuring the bike you bring in will be safe and ridable without upcharging or talking down to you. This is a quality shop, and if I'm ever in a situation that I know will be a quick fix, Josh will take care of it immediately while I wait. We'll be coming back for full tune-ups in the near future where we will be checking our bikes in! Thanks for being great and welcoming!

Got a flat after my commute to Pitt and saw no bike shops were open or very close. As I was walking back over the icy sidewalks toward Millvale with a useless hunk of a bike, a fellow approached me and asked if I needed help. I thought he was being a smartass, but he quickly told me he worked at a nearby bike store, and even though it was his day off, he could help. Ten minutes later, I had a new inner tube and a greater respect for humanity and the smalltown vibe that Pittsburgh shows out in spades. Josh rocks and this store is becoming my new favorite. Thanks again, my friends.

If I could give a higher rating I would. These guys go out of their way to do the best job possible. Friendly, unpretentious staff. A local gem.

Blew a tire a mile from iron city bikes and 5 min before they closed. I called and they said no worries, i rode on a flat got fixed up in 10 min and completed my ride. Awesome shop, great people.

These guys are great. I’m new to biking, and when I showed up thinking something was wrong but actually my tires were just under-inflated, these guys didn’t laugh at my dumb mistake. They explained things, took the time to not just pump my tires but teach me what to look for, and showed me more valuable tips and tricks. Bike shops are intimidating, or can be very salesy- but every time I come here the staff is kind, helpful and genuine.

This place is fantastic. The people are super nice, not condescending at all, great prices. They are just great.

I came in and needed a seat post and seat. They guy( I should have gotten his name) was supper helpful and friendly. He installed the seat post, seat and added air to my tires. I wanted to tip him, but his don't and to leave a review.
