Iron Tribe is the perfect place to train while your visit in Cape Town. Have been there last week for a strength class and everyone is so welcoming and kind. They have a great community, good workout and the trainers will make you sweat. Big recommendation!

Great gym with a variety of different classes aligned with the training for the competitions taking place in cape town. Knowledgeable trainers and great sense of community (while not being cultish - it’s always a fine balance but Iron Tribe is getting it right ☺️). A gym that’s ticking all the boxes to getting stronger. Giving extra points for a female led business! Thamar & crew is doing to most for us.

During my workaction of 3 weeks I went to this lovely gym for their daily classes. The crew is very friendly and helpful, so even with little experience I had a good time. Be ready to sweat though😉

My home away from home. It is honestly the best space to come as you are. It doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned athlete or brand new. The coaches are amazing and adapt and modify workouts and movements to meet your needs and comfort level. Iron tribe has helped me grow not only in my fitness level but also as a person. I have made the most amazing friends during my time and the community is so encouraging and uplifting.

I've been too many CrossFit gyms over my 3 year CrossFit journey and this is by far the most personal and goal driven one I have ever been to! The coaches are extremely friendly and professional as well. I feel very at ease being here and I can comfortably call this my happy place.
