An excellent mall for family outings, with many great and diverse restaurants, including my favorite, Wood Ranch, which has amazing ribs. There’s a movie theater, escape rooms, hobby shops, and much more. Of course, all the major brands are represented. The architecture is beautiful, with fountains and lawns, and there are always various events happening. It’s a great place to spend time with family or friends. There’s plenty to keep kids of different ages entertained, and it’s also a wonderful spot for a date. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Irvine Spectrum and had a great experience there. One of the best things about it is the huge variety of food options—you can find places like Panda Express, Chipotle, pho restaurants, and so much more, so there’s really something for everyone. The shopping selection is also impressive with many well-known clothing stores, including trendy spots like Aritzia, and it’s always fun to walk around and explore. Recently, they added a lot of decorative lights throughout the area, making the whole place feel warm, festive, and beautiful at night. They even set up an ice-skating rink for the season, which adds such a charming and lively vibe. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the entire area is, and the staff and security make it feel safe and welcoming. Although parking can get busy, the multiple structures usually make it manageable. I love strolling around the outdoor spaces, especially on nice days, and the fountains and seating areas make it easy to relax between shops. There are plenty of entertainment options too, like the movie theater and the Ferris wheel, which looks especially stunning with its colorful lights in the evening. Every visit to the Spectrum feels like a small getaway because of the vibrant atmosphere and constant new additions. I always end up staying longer than I planned, whether I’m shopping, eating, or just hanging out. It’s truly one of my favorite places to spend time, and I’m already looking forward to my next trip.

The Irvine Spectrum is an open-air mall that has retail shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Some highlights I think worth noting about this outdoor mall is it has a ferris wheel, large easy-to-read sign when driving round the area, it’s a well-maintained mall, and it is spacious. I stopped by here on a weekday to purchase a couple gifts for family members and happened to drop by the Hello Kitty Cafe (oh so nostalgic). It wasn’t too busy or crowded mid-week so it was great to walk around and enjoy some shopping. It was also a beautiful day. There are plenty of shops here - something for everyone!

The Spectrum Center delivers one of the most futuristic and visually impressive shopping environments in the region. The architecture feels modern and forward-looking, creating a clean, high-end atmosphere that immediately stands out. The variety of stores is excellent—there are options for every style, budget, and interest. You can find everything from fashion and tech to lifestyle and specialty shops without feeling limited. The entertainment side is just as strong: a full cinema complex, multiple leisure zones, and a well-designed layout that makes walking around enjoyable rather than tiring. The food court and dining areas are especially well done. There are choices for every budget—from quick, affordable bites to more premium dining experiences. What really adds value is the amount of seating throughout the center: plenty of places to sit, relax, meet people, or just take a break without feeling rushed. Another strong point is the landscaping. The plants and greenery are diverse and visually interesting, giving the place a fresh, almost resort-like feel. However, on a personal note, I seem to be allergic to one of the plants there. Every time I visit, I get allergy symptoms, and I still haven’t figured out exactly which plant is causing it. Overall, Spectrum Center combines futuristic design, strong retail variety, solid food options, and thoughtful public spaces into one of the most enjoyable shopping and social environments around—despite my unfortunate mystery allergy.

We use this place as a pit stop on road trips. It is easy to get on and off the freeway and they have a ton of stores. We did a fair amount of shopping and visited the restrooms before continuing on. The area is very clean, even the restrooms. There is tons of parking and space to walk around. If you are in the area I recommend stopping here because know you will find a store you like.

Irvine spectrum is always a busy mall where you have just about everything you need to have a nice day if you have nothing to do! I like to come here and walk around, usually not specifically to shop but sometimes here and there i will. They have all normal stores like Adidas, Nike, Lululemon, and Target and so on. Plus they also have smaller stores which is nice that it's not all just not corporations. I feel like all prices have gone up, but especially here. Like the stores are just more expensive in general and I see why so. The mall can also have litter here and there but yet again it is outdoors so it may seem easier to litter EXCEPT there are trash cans everywhere so maybe they should put up signs for where trash cans are so stop littering. I always see cleaners around so that's good at least they are helping clean up the mess and I just love lounging around their multiple fountains since they have like 20 of them.

This place has some great shops, restaurants and more! Lots of parking and it's dog friendly too!

I really like Irvine Spectrum. It is a huge outdoor mall, with lots to do. This mall is family friendly, as they have things for kids to do. There is a pretty big jungle gym for kids to have fun. The fountains are pretty throughout the mall. The stores range from cheaper to more-high end. And there are plenty of food options at this mall. Make sure you hit the Hello Kitty cafe for treats too! The line gets super long though, so plan ahead for that. There's plenty of parking for Irvine Spectrum. And there is a Target on the corner. So, you can grab essentials on the way out! It gets overly crowded on weekends. IF you can, try going during the week. It is a much nicer experience that way. My favorite part of this mall is the dogs!!!! It is dog friendly, and most restaurants have patios where the fur babies can go. I love seeing all the cute doggies walking around!

This is a very nicely maintained mall with a large variety of shops and dining options. The Miniso here is huge. There's also Honey & Butter Macarons, which were a delight. The Hello Kitty cafe has so much hype around it and gathers a large crowd. I like the selection of shops here, and even found shops I had not heard of before like Kestan and Nectar clothing. I love that this mall has a Ferris wheel. I used to love going on it as a kid. I think when I was young, I may have taken this mall for granted a little, but having moved away from Orange County I see how nice it is upon revisiting.

Great view and clean inside this huge shopping space. Got a couple of areas for family restrooms on both parents and their kids. Disable friendly to get by even on parking. Got from everyday home stuff to special restaurants. Totally check it out.

We came in the afternoon when there were a lot of people here. We found parking on the roof and just started to walk around. There was a ferris wheel and many stores to shop at. Some areas had more people than others but it was pretty busy on a Saturday. I liked how it was outdoors so that was nice. It was definitely good if you ate a lot of food and you needed to walk it off. Overall, I thought this place was good to.go shopping

IRVINE SPECTRUM CENTER is a large shopping and entertainment center full of shops, restaurants and movie theater. It is beautifully built, has great architectural features and takes advantage of the fabulous Orange County weather. It is no surprise that Irvine Spectrum is busy! There are multiple parking structures and this center is conveniently located off the freeway exit.

tl,dr: Huge variety of fun and adventure. Likes: + This center is a huge area of various shopping, dining, and games. My friends often enjoy going to Escape Game and Dave & Buster's here. + Iconic ferris wheel. Sometimes they have a skating rink here too. + Conveniently located very close to the freeway. + Can be a romantic walk around the promenade. Pretty night lights and occasional mist shooting out beside the water fountains. + Popular destination for college group hangouts. Non-likes: - Navigating around this huge shopping plaza can be very confusing. Wish they had more or clearer directories. - It can feel like it takes forever walking from one shop to another in this giant plaza. From one distant corner you have Target, to the other distant corner you have P.F. Chang's. Neutral: . Despite the huge parking areas sprawled throughout the area, it can still be difficult to find parking during busy hours. . I like the outdoor aspect to this center. Plenty of fresh air as you walk about the promenade. However, the lack of outdoor rain shelter makes it hard to adventure around here during precarious weather. This center used to host a French language MeetUp at the Pieology Pizzeria. Seems they've moved elsewhere in Irvine.

Had such a wonderful time celebrating the holidays at the Irvine spectrum! It is decorated so beautiful for the holidays. It was lively and fun and boy was it busy. No looks of a slow economy or inflation at this beautiful shopping and culinary destination. They have so many wonderful shops, and every kind of restaurant you could want. It really gets you in the holiday spirit! Even in the rain.

Love the shops, great variety for food, dining, and entertainment. My daughters favorite place to stop in-between San Diego and Disneyland. A few of our favorite places are Stance (the employees are always so helpful and super nice), Honey and Butter (best macarons around and amazing staff), Wahoo's (great place to pick up a quick bit to eat), and Hudson's cookies (good variety of tasty treats). Entertainment wise we love Dave and Busters and a nice movie theater. We have not been yet but there is also a comedy club that is always busy. There is also a Target which is great to pick up anything you may have forgotten. Lots of variety in shopping, dining, and cost ranges for every budget.

I love shopping at the Irvine Spectrum Center. There are many stores here that I love. Outdoor, spacious and clean shopping mall. Lots of restaurants, play areas, a movie theater and coffee shops. Even a target and Bristol Farms market. Christmas time here is magical so I try to drive down from LA at least once during the season. Lots of lights and decorations, it puts you into the Christmas spirit. Love the ice skating ring and the huge Christmas tree. The Ferris wheel is a nice bonus for families after a long shopping day. Shop Eat Play A lot to do here at the Irvine Spectrum Center.

Christmas time at the spectrum is my favorite! There's so many places for photo ops!! I took so many cute pics of my doggo throughout the whole spectrum. It was so much fun! They also have some of the best restaurants and a variety of shops for holiday shopping. Honestly, can't go wrong when you visit the Irvine spectrum!

One of the best in Orange County! It's always a nice time shopping here. There are a lot of great shops and the outlet is very clean. The stores are great and all of them are quite spacious. They have parking spaces all over the outlet and a couple of parking structures. The workers that I encountered are nice and the prices are similar to other locations. Some shops offer a good selection of items that can be found on the websites while others don't carry many items so you're forced to buy from their website only. The only downside is that they don't have a lot of the basics and popular shops like Victoria's Secret and Forever 21. They have a lot of random shops and boutiques that I've never heard of before which is nice, but seems like a waste of space. Overall, a great shopping outlet!

Fun lots of places to eat and just enjoy window shopping so many Restaurants and fun Desserts and bookshops. Just a perfect place to spend time with loved ones just chilling and having fun. Parking no problem.

Made a stop for some clothes and snacks for the road back home. This shopping center is cutes. Different stores and eatery. Although not many selections in my taste, the mall was nice. Aesthetically nice.

This is a great place to shop, dine or for entertainment. For dining there's anything from fast food high end like Fogo De Chow. Lots of fun things like Dave and Busters, a Feris wheel, carrousel, also skating during the Christmas season. There are fountains to cool off when it's hot. Plenty of seating throughout the center. You can find anything in the many shops. Shopping can get tiering relax with a beverage or snack. The center is clean and safe. Security is everywhere, and there's always someone cleaning. Tons of parking too. Just remember where you do park.

I loved walking around here. There are pretty lights on the ground, and it just feels more high-end than most other shopping malls, particularly those more in northern OC. Although I would recommend not walking around in heels for obvious reasons. There are lots of neat places to visit around, and it's perfect for a girls' day out. I came here for a sip 'n' shop event from the Orange County Discord server and was happy after we walked around and popped our heads into multiple establishments.

such a beautiful outdoor mall! I knew this was a must stop while visiting Irvine! So many cool stores, including the beautiful Apple Store. They have so many activities, including the carousel! The fountains and outdoor seating are so wonderful! I'm so glad I decided to stop by! When visiting again I would come at an earlier time so I could shop as well!

Parking is crowded on the weekends at the biggest mall in Irvine. It is one of my favorite malls in So Cal. It has a great variety of stores. Each store has a well-designed space. The one thing I noticed as that no store had a "Help Wanted" sign. All the restaurants had large open area seating. His place was cleaner than Disneyland and is geared to families, younger, and older individuals. Hanging out in the mall is great for high school and college students or couples on a date.

Probably the best and biggest outdoor mall in the area and beyond! It's literally got everything from a big Regal theater, to a Dave & Busters, to the hilarious Irvine Improv, an escape room, and even a ferris wheel. There's tons, and tons to eat too. A couple of my favorites being The Melt, and Shake Shack, along with 2 candy stores, 2 bakeries (one being 85 degrees), 3 ice cream spots, a gelato shop, a Yogurtland, and a Sprinkles Cupcakes coming soon! There's also lots of great clothing shops, like Francesca's, Urban Outfitter, and Free People. Then there's a department store, a mattress shop, theres a bookstore, a yoga studio, and of course a Target. And then my favorite and always a must stop shop, is L'Occitane. Wonderfully scented French bath and body necessities for all ages, and genders. Really, the only thing you could ever run out of here, would be time to spend.

Always a great place to stroll, shop, chill and dine at the Spectrum. Lots of good anchors like Nordstrom, Apple, and some shops like Anthropology, Nike, Adidas, Oakleyand much much more! They also have Regal theatres if you wanna get entertained. Speaking of which, they also have a carousel and a Ferris wheel for the youngans. Food aplenty! Restaurants of all kinds and price points! There's always something to see or do here. This is such a great place for families because if you have a baby, there's family restrooms and a nursing area! If you have a toddler that is potty training, you can take them to these family restrooms to use smaller toilets! The stores here are pretty standard and this is definitely one of the better outdoor malls in the area! Target is always awesome to have at a mall to help with buying any essentials on the go

So many shops and goodies here. I enjoyed some desert at the French shop. My kids shopped for clothes and found what they were looking for. This place is huge and walking is a must.

The Irvine Spectrum Center has over 130 stores.. more than enough to keep you occupied for an entire day of shopping. However, I don't like most of the stores here and I have a tendency to favor the restaurants more and the grocery stores like Bristol Farms. The parking here is horrendous even with all the lots and parking garages that they have installed. Must be an orange county issue because I see this in other areas as well. Lately, this has become a MUST STOP because I have to charge the EV here. Therefore, if I have to wait for the car to charge... might as well go shopping... a little.... ooops... I just spent money.... help

Irvine Spectrum Center is always a good time, lots to do here from shopping to dining to watching movies to playing at the arcade. This is definitely one of the best shopping malls of Orange County. Good to stop by and hang out if I'm nearby or if I feel like going shopping just because. There's a lot of stores here that I like to shop at. To name a few there's Sephora, Lululemon, Pacsun, Tilly's. There's many more. Tons of food options including the newly opened Shake Shack, my favorite! Tender Greens, Wahoo's and Panda Express are also good. There's so many more good options! There are a lot of free parking lots and structures. There is a parking structure behind the theater which is where I usually like to park. It does get busy at prime hours aka the weekend but if you drive around a bit you'll definitely find a spot. On weekends the mall gets pretty packed. I like that it's an outdoor mall. I love that it is always getting updated and expanded, it's changed so much over the years, casual yet modern feel.

Spectrum Center is such a beautiful mall and I love coming here. Apparently everyone else feels the same way because parking is nearly impossible despite the huge parking lots! The Christmas tree is now up (in its usual place in front of the roller coaster), and all the palm trees are lit up. Absolutely beautiful. The selection of stores is great; there's something for everyone. Everything from Lululemon and L'Occitane to H&M and Tilly's. They just opened a Fashionphile but I haven't been. There's lots of places to grab a quick snack or a full meal. And don't forget the Hello Kitty Cafe! This is my absolute favorite mall and I highly recommend it!

Love walking and shopping at the Irvine Spectrum Center. This is my favorite outdoor shopping center in Orange County. It also offers dining options, and entertainment venues.

This is a great mall for families to spend a day or for teenagers to hang out, but because I am a bachelor in my late 30s, this is not "for" me (I usually come here just for the movie theater and comedy club). This is the kind of mall that was designed for entertainment rather than shopping or dining, and it is not the place that a working adult would go to buy things that they want/need for themselves. Although there are many places with good food, expectations should be reasonable. I have always had good dining experiences here with great ambiance and service, but no matter where I ate, I always felt like there was another place nearby that had better food for the money. While there are good places to shop too, the stores definitely appeal to children and teenagers with places to buy anime collectibles, candy, or books -- not so much for clothes, skincare products, or digital devices (which I usually buy for myself).

A shopping, dining, people watching, chilling wonderful-land. Be prepared with your walking shoes. It's a large shopping center. You will easily get your steps/miles in. Family-friendly, singles-friendly, and couple-friendly. Truly something for everyone!

LOVELY SHOPPING CENTER ! We were back here again on Tuesday to see BARBIE at the Reagan Irvine Spectrum...first time. We love that we can park in the huge undercover parking garage...this time on level 3. First up we stopped by Vuori Clothing where my wife picked up a sports bra...top quality clothing here. We really didn't have much of an idea exactly where the movie theater complex was situated...... I think we walked the long way round. It was a terribly hot afternoon...88F so we couldn't get inside the theater complex fast enough. LOVELY AND COOL ! Yes it was beautifully comfortable inside...the movie was fun and it was a bit cooler outside when we exited the theater at 6.30pm. WAY TO GO ! NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

The Irvine Spectrum Center is more than just a place to shop, eat or get your groceries. It's truly is a one-stop entertainment destination, such as the Improv Comedy Club and a 21-screen movie and IMAX theater. It's truly a beautiful outdoor shopping center! The @irvinespectrumcenter is a great place to spend the day walking (and getting your steps in), relaxing at the many sitting areas, enjoy the water fountains and attractions. Of course, you can't miss the 108-foot-high Giant Ferris Wheel. Parking gets insanely busy, especially during peak hours. So, keep that in mind if you have a reservation or going to a movie. Basically, it's fun for the whole family,right? Let's explore

Wowww, what a beautiful outdoor shopping center ! It even has a ferris wheel in the middle of the plaza ! I only had about 1.5 hours to explore the shopping center because I had a reservation to attend, but I was amazed. Their directory machines are even touch screen and if you select a place to find, they even give you a route to the place you selected. I was truly amazed by this. Also, touchless hand sanitizer machines are spread throughout the entire shopping center for people to use. It's a busy shopping center, but I do believe it's worth stopping by.

Irvine Spectrum is one of the best outdoor malls in southern California. You have high end stuff to basic stuff, novelty stores, souvenirs, tons of restaurants, movie theater, etc. They have a giant ferris wheel that you can spot from the I-5 freeway. In the winter they have an ice skating rink! Parking is confusing because there are so many structures. There are other lots outside of Target and Nordstrom too. It might be a good idea to take a look at their map before you go, especially if you are meeting people.

It's been a good minute since I've came here. Like Decades! Well walking around the center. Did come to the Grand Opening of Bristol Farms Newfound market beginning of this year. Lots of newer restaurants around ISC and this outdoor mall is Beautiful with so many cool family oriented atmosphere for your little kids, dog/baby end basically for everyone. During Christmas a huge is on display along w a ice skating rink right in front of the big Ferris WheeL. *Del's Frisco's Grill ~ Nice modern vibe restaurant. Food was ok, it wasn't anything out of this world. I ordered ~ Ahi Tacos, definitely a must. Really scrumptious. So good we had 2nds and ordered more. ~Cheesesteak egg rolls were a bit on the saltier side. We weren't a fan of them. ~Heritage Pork Chop. Was on the drier side. Chop was pretty thick and the flavoring was ok. ~truffle mac & cheese that I highly recommend. To die for literally. I'm not a fan of Mac & cheese...OMG deliciously bomb. *Fogo De Chao Love that the parking structure is free.
