The best print making shop in all of Miami! Have completed 2 of their workshops. Love learning about print making and trying something new every time. Ingrid and all the instructors are super friendly and teach you everything there is to know. They also have snacks :)

I'm from out of state and visited IS Projects and was blown away! What a lovely hidden gem of print shop embracing the past and bringing the skills forward. I met visiting artists, heard about classes offered, saw some professional works in-process and will not forget this visit. A highlight!!

I don’t usually write reviews but our experience here was AMAZING. Brooke received us with the biggest smile and made sure we felt comfortable and happy. Ingrid was an amazing teacher, we learned how to screen print on shirts and was soooo helpful and patient the whole time. They are so passionate about what they do which makes the experience 100% better. We are introverts in Miami so this was the perfect activity for us. Thank you so much Ingrid !! We love our shirts and we will forever cherish the memories we made today.

Best place for artists to explore printmaking in South Florida.

Is Projects is such a fun printing studio! I took two classes with Sammi last week (letterpress on fabric and letterpress Christmas cards) and couldn't be more pleased with the results. If you've ever been curious about printing processes I would highly recommend checking out a class

Great fun! Printing presses galore! Wonderful classes! And art installations, too! I had a great time exploring all their offerings. They also sell beautiful journals and have great deals on postcards.

We had a great time at their date night drink and ink event! I would definitely recommend taking a class there. Amber was a great instructor.

Yelp
Recently I finished my second workshop with Ingrid/IS Projects which involved Suminagashi marbling. My first experience was for a letterpress workshop last summer and back then they only had the corner space. Since then they have expanded, adding tons of space for more equipment, as well as a gallery/gift shop selling handmade books and prints. Compared to some other South FL art studio/workshop prices, the ones at IS Projects are reasonable and are also a perfect way to try your hand at a new art form. I love knowing there's an art studio like this in the area that offers hands-on learning. Just about every weekend there's a workshop so check out their web site's calendar. Plus if you're unsure about which type of printmaking you're into, they have free demonstrations the first Friday of the month as well as during the FATVillage Art Walk.

Yelp
I signed up for a workshop and just by good luck went to print out receipt and directions on the day of the workshop and discovered that the workshop had been cancelled the day before. No explanation, just an email for a refund. Now, while I appreciated the refund, an explanation would have been very welcomed as well as information about the workshop being rescheduled. Had I printed the receipt out earlier in the month I would have driven almost an hour to the IS Projects location and found the doors locked. A phone call would have shown some excellent customer service attitude. In conclusion, I can only suggest that anyone that may sign up for these expensive workshops double check their email to make sure that that their workshop is not cancelled Willy nilly with no explanation. Too bad about the lousy customer service and lack of professionalism.
