A true journey through time – an unforgettable stay! Wonderful hotel. The decor and furniture transport you to another era. The handcrafted wooden furnishings in Ottoman style are absolutely stunning. The entire team is genuinely attentive and caring. The hammam also takes you back in time — a must-experience moment. The massages are amazing. We highly recommend this hotel, and the location is just perfect. And of course, the breakfast: varied, beautifully prepared, and truly delicious! Thank you to the whole team — we experienced a magical escape during our stay in your hotel. Jenny & Ahmed 🌍 Paths 2 The Soul

The hotel is amazing! We had free access to the Hammam and used it every day. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is oppulent. The location is perfect, quiet and right next to the beautiful Emperors Mosque, the Latin Bridge and the At Meidan park. I will definitely stay there again!

The location is amazing! 4-6 min walk to almost everything you want to do in Sarajevo. Easy to find by car or foot. Easy for car to drop you off in front, Surprisingly quiet street given how convenient to everything. Inside the hotel is beautifully restored, Our suite was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of small bowls of yummy things as well as made-to-order eggs. Interesting staying in a building with a Hamam and able to experience that, but wish there had been a co-ed time so my husband & I could go together. Fabulous having an option for a massage right there too! Nice that they can arrange rides from &/to the airport. Excellent staff and almost everyone spoke English. One staff member went a bit beyond the usual and confirmed their driver could accommodate our skis so we didn't have to depend on finding a large taxi. Only complaint, most rooms are on the first floor, so our room, like probably all rooms, had a privacy cover on the windows. We like being able to see out and enjoy the light too. Wish they had just provided curtains that allowed us to open during the day. Next time we'd ask for a room upstairs.

Stayed here for a week while I was on a workshop. The breakfast was good with nice freshly prepared eggs and some amazing black bread. (Dip it into the olive oil). Fruit options are limited to an apple. Very helpful staff. I didn’t go into the hamam, but I should have.

Everything was right. The staff, the effort, possibility to use hamam or other services, comfy beds, clima convectors that heat or cool the room in an instant, the distance to the centre with restaurants, the set off point to go for sightseeing run but what made me melt was the breakfast. What an omelette I had! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Just perfect. Generally the mezze type breakfast was top. I couldn't recommend more. Sarajevo with this place as an accommodation just ties together very well.

Everything was good. Very friendly helpful and accommodating. The traditional Bosnian breakfast was absolutely amazing. However, never ever ever get the Pedicure at the spa!! They had a young girl do it and she crouched the whole time . I sat in their bath area and she maybe spent 10-15 minutes total of the hour on my feet. I was back in my room after 30 minutes. I sat on a bed peice of marble. The tools look like she brought them from home. Most definitely they had not been sanitized! Not wrapped….just a carrier you would have hanging around at your house. She cut my big toe fumbling to remove the cuticle and after that she maybe was too scared to do the rest and didn’t. She didn’t even try to remove any dead skin. I had to ask for her to do this with a particular tool I saw in her kit and of course she spoke no English. I pointed to what I wanted her to use and then she only did the tiniest bit of it. It was literally the worst I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had hundreds of them in my life.

I went to get a massage at this hamam with a friend. The massage room was not relaxing and the massage bed was just a table, without proper head support. I was massaged by a man, although the hamam is women-only in certain hours, and no choice was given to me although I was not comfortable. The massage itself was not good, the masseuse clearly was not properly trained. During the massage, the masseuse brought another person that worked there into the room without letting us know, to start massaging a painful spot on my friends’ back, hurting her and not asking for permission. Afterwards she made rude comments about our bodies and weight. The management did nothing and barely reacted. This was the worst massage and service in Sarajevo. Highly disappointing.

I contacted the hotel directly to inquire about a family room or two rooms for a one-night stay, aiming to support the hotel by booking without involving third-party platforms. At the time of writing, I saw that rooms like the Junior Suite and a double room were still available on Booking.com. Unfortunately, I only received a very short reply the next day, stating that no rooms were available ("Dear xyz, Thank you for reaching us. We do not have available room for that days, we are fully booked. Best regards,...") . What was even more disappointing is that my follow-up message - in which I expressed my feedback on the booking process and kindly asked to be considered in case of a cancellation - was never answered. While the initial reply was polite, the slow response, the mismatch with online availability, and the lack of any acknowledgment of my feedback left a poor impression. For a hotel of this level, I had expected a more professional and responsive experience.
