I'd have given a 3 1/2 if I could - the food was generally good but I wouldn't put the entire experience at 4 stars. Service was amiable, and each of the dishes we ordered were presented well enough, but the decor and lighting really lets this place down I think. Walls are unkempt, lighting is a bit mixed between the two rooms in the dining area, and the general look and feel could do with a little more thought. Regretfully we arrived without an empty stomach and weren't in a position to complete the main event: the pizza fritta. So my advice is that you come hungry! The frittatine are also very good.

Pizza fritta was great but the regular pizzas weren’t the best that we had during our time in Napoli. Nonetheless I enjoyed the meal - worth a stop of you’re keen to try the classic fried pizzas. Some more non-pork baked pizza options would have been nice, since one of us didn’t eat pork. I do however recommend the yellow diavola pizza!

Dinner was great, loved the food here, the crocche was hot in the inside and crispy outside, the gluten free fritta was tasty, octopus cooked how i like it, service was friendly and accommodating throughout, I'd recommend if you're around, i enjoyed it, not easy finding gluten free options in naples whilst maintaining local cuisine standards but they did a great job.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so real. Service is so kind. Fast. We were on Sunday at 12.00 and sat immediately. It was time to check the menu and order 7 frittatine, all delicious. Then, pizza fritta completa, it was incredible. Dough so thin and inside very tasty. Price is also good, less than 15 euro per person.

Ordered a fried sampler and got an upset stomach later that night. Food was just OK with bland flavors (don’t look appealing either). Went by myself and the service was not warm. Wouldn’t give me a glass of plain water and charged me €3 for a bottle and then €2.5 for cover charge. The outdoors sitting in the street is also nothing special. More style (big flashy signs) than substance in my opinion.

Incredible food and incredible service, Aurora to be specific - she was amazing, very sweet and very helpful to our questions, and made our lunch experience better. The food was delicious - I had never tried pizza fritte before this, but now I love them. When I come back to Napoli, I will make sure to make a visit. Highly recommend.

I found this pizzeria recommendation via Reddit. Someone had tried 50 different pizzas and this was their favourite pizza fritta (fried pizza). I went after I visited the MANN museum as it is only a 7 minute walk away. Don't be put off by the look of the street or the traffic beside the tables, it is very standard in Naples and adds to the experience of the culture. The staff spoke enough English and I spoke enough Italian (Google translate) to get through the experience. I had a fried pizza (pizza fritta) , calamari and a local beer. The calamari was nice but pretty standard in my experience of calamari (I've a simple pallate) however the fried pizza (or fried calzone as I had) was phenomenal. One of the items I will miss not being able to have back home. It was perfect in my expectations and the flavour was rememberable. The local blonde beer was delicious also, I believe it is their own. I would highly recommend you visit when in Naples. To pay you have a table number and go into the shop (there are 2 doors) and there is a counter. Quote your table number and they'll check it with you and you can pay cash or card.

This fried pizza is really delicious. I recommend to try Quadra Formaggi (I tried this one but without meat). Though it’s not the healthiest food and I wouldn’t eat it often, but the quality is good here. Service is the same as everywhere in Napoli, don’t expect it to be good. Prices for to go are cheaper than for the table.
