A recommended gym in central Bangkok. Spacious. Nice pool. Equipped with enough fitness tools. Enjoyable classes in the morning and evening.

We always stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan but haven't had the chance to get a massage at the hotel spa as it is usually booked out. The last time we did a treatment here, it was many years ago so I was excited to get a slot during our last short stay in BKK. The spa is on L5, same as the gym and pool facilities. It looked pretty much like what I remembered from years ago actually. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the gym looked refreshed, while the treatment rooms seemed dated, at least the one I was in. Probably the only downside for me. My therapist K.Por was excellent and maintained the same pressure throughout the session, and managed to find a few knots that had been causing me a lot of discomfort. After the session, I felt refreshed and relaxed. Def worth a visit if you're staying at the hotel. If you have time, unwind by the pool or book a slot with the fitness center for one of the complimentary sessions they have for guests. I'm definitely packing my gym clothes for my next trip!

Had a very good experience here. Staff were friendly & informed us that we could get 30% off if we buy the service online. The ambience was very calm & they had several massage rooms around the pool with a nice surrounding garden. My masseuse was very friendly & asked which area I’d like to focus on. At the end, I had one of the most amazing shower and a mini dessert which I enjoyed very much. I would come back again!

Back again in just 2 months! Outstanding deep tissue massage by Khun Tum at the spa yet again. I highly recommend you book him for a massage even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Hi-end and professional massages. Vibe is calm. Willing served staffs. Professionaly therapist. Private room is luxuary and beautiful. Hi quality treatments and equibments. I do Hot Stone Zen. It's perfect. Relieved and relaxed.

Overall is 😊. The massage room is ok. The sheet was so soft. Comfortable for a long 90-120 massage treatment. Aroma always a good choice. The spa located at the same floor of gym, but need to walk pass the pool

My friend and I got the Signature Escape package (body scrub, massage and facial), and boy the three hours went by really fast! I’ve went to a lot of spa establishments but the staff were especially friendly and made the experience a lot more enjoyable. Must go~

There's only a discount from certain credit cards and the Annual Hotel Member Card, but not for the World of Hyatt members. Therapists and facilities are great for private downtown massage. Advance booking is recommended even on weekdays.
