The best yakitori I’ve ever had.
Be warned, this place is popular. We got here before opening time on a weekday for lunch, and there was already a big queue. It did move quite quickly though, because the place has a few floors.
The way this place works is that you can’t pick your exact skewers, you need to order a set (at least for lunch). I got the biggest set of 9 pieces because I wanted to try everything. Everything was great except two skewers that were liver or intestine or something. Besides those, everything was delicious.
Random note, but is it just me, or does Japan love to undercook their chicken? I’m not complaining, I haven’t gotten sick yet and it makes the chicken super tender.
