Isetan at Suria KLCC is an excellent one-stop shopping destination. You can find almost everything here — from fresh meat, seafood, and fruits to groceries, snacks, and imported Japanese products. The quality is consistently high, and everything is well-organized, making shopping easy and enjoyable. The staff are polite and helpful, and the overall environment feels clean and premium. It’s especially great if you’re looking for authentic Japanese ingredients or unique food items you can’t easily find elsewhere. Overall, a great place for both daily essentials and special treats — convenient, high-quality, and right in the heart of KLCC

This is Isetan (pronounced as I-Se-Tan, kanji is 伊勢丹), a Japanese department store, where they sell from daily grocery to luxury products. Unfortunately I didn't have the permission to get any in store picture or video, they said it is not allowed to do so (?), I will describe them using word. There are total of five levels. Starting from the basement, they have food market, which includes stalls that sell Japanese theme foods bento, daily grocery, special corner with Japanese brand products and personal care items. They also held different kind of theme event every month so you always have new things to discover. Ground to second floor are ladies related products, where they sell cosmetics, fragments, jewelry and others. Second floor also sells living products, such as kitchen, room accessories and others. Third floor sells gentlemen's related products and fourth floor sells children related products. Do noted that because they always bombard with tons of customers who asked about product location, their price tag is not updated on time.

✨ Honoured to attend the grand reopening of ISETAN Kuala Lumpur today — a significant milestone for one of Malaysia’s most iconic retail destinations. It was a privilege to celebrate this special occasion alongside Mr. Francis Tan, Executive Director and CEO of Suria KLCC, Mr. KC Yeow, Managing Director of ISETAN Kuala Lumpur, and other esteemed guests. We’re especially proud to unveil our brand new JUNIOR LOOKBOOK luxury kidswear concept store, now open at the entrance on the 1st Floor of ISETAN Kuala Lumpur. Being positioned at such a prominent location in a world-class shopping mall within the iconic Petronas Twin Towers is a rare opportunity. This placement reflects our shared vision to elevate the kidswear experience. As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we look forward to continuing our journey in ISETAN Kuala Lumpur and sharing our vision with the community. Here's to many more milestones ahead! ✨ #JUNIORLOOKBOOK #ISETANKLCC #SuriaKLCC #GrandReopening #PetronasTwinTowers #KidswearConceptStore #RetailMilestone

This is a mall within a mall concept on several floors, i.e. Isetan has its own concept with selected brands in different branches, some of the brands were quite unknown to me. The prices are quite high and the interior needs a lot of improvements, in terms of design, lighting, the color patterns used, the placement of escalators and the checkout. At the grocery store on the basement floor, there are packaged products with on average much higher prices than in other grocery stores. Ready-made and packaged food is very expensive and small in portion. I am surprised that such a department store can have any customers at all. It was a new experience for me on many levels.

Isetan at KLCC is one of the best Japanese supermarkets in the country. If you love all things Japan, then this is the place to visit. Their supermarket-department store concept is also very unique, just like how they do it in Japan. The Japanese air-flown products are a bit pricy, but the expats working here can get a taste of their home. The pastries are awesome, but a bit on the high side. Overall, this is a great place to get Japanese products.
