Isetan at Suria KLCC is an excellent one-stop shopping destination. You can find almost everything here — from fresh meat, seafood, and fruits to groceries, snacks, and imported Japanese products. The quality is consistently high, and everything is well-organized, making shopping easy and enjoyable. The staff are polite and helpful, and the overall environment feels clean and premium. Simply put - I loved it. This is amazing supermarket, where You can find almost everything for Your taste: You want seafood, meat, fruits, vegetables, snacks, coffee, tea, etc. Nicely stacked, easy to find, well-organized. Isetan at Suria KLCC is an excellent one-stop shopping destination. The staff helps You with everything. Very great experience here.

This is Isetan (pronounced as I-Se-Tan, kanji is 伊勢丹), a Japanese department store, where they sell from daily grocery to luxury products. Unfortunately I didn't have the permission to get any in store picture or video, they said it is not allowed to do so (?), I will describe them using word. There are total of five levels. Starting from the basement, they have food market, which includes stalls that sell Japanese theme foods bento, daily grocery, special corner with Japanese brand products and personal care items. They also held different kind of theme event every month so you always have new things to discover. Ground to second floor are ladies related products, where they sell cosmetics, fragments, jewelry and others. Second floor also sells living products, such as kitchen, room accessories and others. Third floor sells gentlemen's related products and fourth floor sells children related products. Do noted that because they always bombard with tons of customers who asked about product location, their price tag is not updated on time.

This is a premier supermarket located in the basement below the Petronas Twin Towers. It really is a lovely shopping experience, especially after having shopped at a Giant supermarket recently. This place by contrast is so clean and the products look much more appealing as well. Yes prices are more expensive, but I’m happy to pay for the quality.

I didn't get a chance to shop much here as we were on a time crunch. But my sister wanted to get some sandwiches for her family's dinner so she told me about the sandwiches she likes. We went to check them out as I thought it would be nice to try something recommended by family. We bought a sandwich each. Checkout was fast even though they were crowded. Prices were average. Associate was nice.

I recommend to stop by at the basement. They have a delicious Chinese restaurants! Worth a try.

This shop reminds me of a shop back home that we call "Marjane" basically this store has floors of everything you could possibly need. and one floor leads to the other internally here. about 4 to 5 floors up. I went from clothes shopping area to grocery shopping area. it was weird as a certain point because I got lost in it but found my way out eventually. I didn't find much interesting really sides that grocery shop, that was useful for sure. The staff couldn't even direct me to the right way. so the guy I asked at least just got me more lost :D

Isetan is one of two department stores in KLCC (the other one being Parkson). Isetan is the bigger of the two and boasts four floors consisting of a supermarket (Concourse level), women's clothing and accessories, men's, cosmetics, children and home section. I like that it has everything here so if you get overwhelmed by the size of KLCC, you can just come here and look at perfumes, women's shoes or kids' toys. They even have a good Baby Room where you can change your kid, nurse your baby and even heat up their food in the microwave provided. I love their supermarket as there are multiple little stalls inside where you can sit down and have some food (like the little sushi place near the entrance) or a cup of coffee and cake. They always have some sort of promotions going on and recently it was for Japanese food. The bakery in here (Sun Moulin) is popular and has a good variety of buns and pastries. If you are an Isetan member, you will be invited to members' sales, get special discounts and promotions and collect points when you shop there.
