Amazing! Homemade products (bagels, bacon, smoked trout), everything was super tasty, very well presented, excellent service. As a bonus, the owner was super attentive and suggested to us many things to do and places to visit in Arequipa. Highly recommended!

Run, don’t walk, to Isidro!! This place is pure magic — from the warm, crusty bread to the melt-in-your-mouth meats, every bite is perfection. The aesthetic is beautiful, but what truly makes Isidro shine is the heart behind it. It’s a family-owned gem where you’re not just a customer, you’re part of something special. I spent a month in Arequipa, and no spot made me feel more at home. Santiago, one of the owners, recognized me out on the street one day and offered help beyond the restaurant. His lovely sister always waited on me with such warmth — from giving me local recommendations to helping me make friends when I first arrived. That’s the kind of kindness you don’t forget. Weekend brunch here is a dream, so gather your friends and treat yourselves. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your return. (Posting many pics of their incredible food because, clearly, I’ve been a very happy regular 😂 Next time I’m in Arequipa, I’ll be back!!)

Amazing! The bagel, sandwich and cold brew coffee we had was delicious! The waitress was very nice and without asking for it the chef gave us advices for what to do in Arequipa. What a beautiful place to have breakfast or lunch!

This is the first place I will recommend anyone to go in Arequipa. Absolutely amazing food, lovely staff and a clean place. The menu is small but they have definitely perfected the items on it. I had the BB and trout bagel (shared with my friend, as one bagel is plenty), we were told it was the most popular which is understandable, such good and high quality food. The muna tea was also a 10/10. Some of the best food I’ve had on my 2 month trip in South America. + the staff was amazing, I cannot stress how great and accommodating they were, furthermore they made sure to explain everything in a friendly manner. Servers who weren’t directly connected to us came over to ask how the food was, as well as saying if we needed any recommendations for the city they would be happy to help. What an awesome experience. (The menu attached is the Sunday menu)

One of the best restaurants we have visited in Peru. And, one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Isidro is owned by a couple who are an experienced chef and baker. The husband and wife team’s passion for artisanal, home-made process and use of high quality ingredients is expressly evident in the fusion and flavor of their food. The menu is simple, but offers a ton of options. We chose two incredible sandwiches. The bread was baked in house, the beef and pork were brined and smoked in house and the toppings such as Kim Chi was also picked in house. Not only was the server extremely professional and friendly, but the owners personally came out to check on our food and our experience. The space is beautiful and comfortable, situated in a colonial courtyard with modern tables and full of natural light. All the pastries are home made and they have a nice selection of coffee and beverages. They also offer a separate Brunch menu on the weekends. For exquisite quality and home-made artisanal food, Isidro is an outstanding value and wonderful food experience. Thank you Santiago, I wish you and your wife all the best success.
