I recently visited ISKCON Juhu, and it was one of the most welcoming and spiritually uplifting experiences I’ve had in Mumbai. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere felt peaceful, vibrant, and full of positive energy. The devotion, music, and overall ambience made the temple feel incredibly special. The people there were warm and welcoming, making the experience even more meaningful. Whether you’re visiting for spiritual reasons or simply seeking a calm, grounding place in the middle of the city, ISKCON Juhu is truly worth the visit. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely connected. A beautiful experience that I’d recommend to anyone.

The ISKCON Temple in Mumbai, located in the Juhu area, is a renowned spiritual sanctuary and a significant cultural landmark. Built in the 1970s under the guidance of Swami Prabhupada, the founder of the International Society of Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), this temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and his consort Radha. The temple's construction began after Swami Prabhupada acquired a prime piece of land near Juhu Beach, with the foundation stone laid on December 31, 1975. The ISKCON Temple was opened to the public on January 14, 1978, and has since become an iconic landmark in Mumbai, known for its spiritual vibrancy, cultural contributions, and commitment to serving the community. The temple's architecture is a stunning blend of traditional Indian temple design with modern elements, featuring intricate carvings, towering spires, and ornate decorations. The temple complex includes beautifully crafted idols of Lord Krishna and Radha, as well as other deities, and features vibrant frescoes and paintings depicting stories from Hindu scriptures and the life of Lord Krishna. The temple's main hall is adorned with ornate decorations, floral motifs, and intricate detailing, creating a serene and peaceful ambiance for meditation and worship. The ISKCON Temple is not only a place of worship but also a center for spiritual and cultural learning, offering educational programs, seminars, and workshops on Vedic philosophy. The temple hosts various cultural events, music concerts, and dance performances throughout the year, showcasing traditional Indian art forms.

My visit to the ISKCON Temple in Juhu was a peaceful and uplifting experience. The moment I entered the temple premises, I was welcomed by a calm and spiritual atmosphere that felt very refreshing. The temple’s architecture is beautiful, with white marble walls and detailed carvings that create a sense of purity. As I stepped inside the main hall, the sight of the beautifully decorated deities of Radha Rasabihari immediately filled me with devotion. The soft chanting of Hare Krishna Hare Rama in the background created a soothing environment that helped me forget all my stress. I participated in the evening aarti, which was one of the highlights of my visit. The rhythmic bhajans, the sound of the kartal and mridangam, and the devotion of the crowd made the experience truly special. The temple volunteers guided everyone with patience and kindness. After the aarti, I spent some time walking around the premises, visiting the Govinda’s restaurant and the small stalls selling spiritual books and souvenirs. The peaceful surroundings and positive energy made me feel mentally relaxed and spiritually connected. Overall, my visit to the Juhu ISKCON Temple was both calming and inspiring. It gave me a break from the busy life of Mumbai and offered a space to reflect, pray, and experience inner peace.

Hare krishna !!! Jay shree Krishna!!! One of the best temples in mumbai, divine aura and his presence can be felt in the emotions of people visiting here. Lord krishna idol with radhaji looks so astonishing . Huge seating area with bhajans happening evey now and then which makes the visit more memorable. It has a huge verendah too with tree inside and sunlight but it actuall feel cooler inside. whenever life feels confused or stressed , just be here you might directly get your problems solved but the feeling makes ur feel strong enough. The temple is very big with paid parking space for both bike , cars and also has food counters, lord krishna related idol shops etc, reataurant also available, everything is vegetarian.

Iskcon temple ,Juhu having a big campus . For aarti and bhajan , more than enough space for devotees . For devotees , reasonable rate food stalls are there , with variety of food .Govinda restaurant for lunch etc is one of the best for elite devotees. That is not only for members but open to all . There is sufficient space for 4 wheeler parking .Over all entire campus is very neat and clean. Guest rooms are also available there for members on chargeable basis . It is hardly 2.5 km away from Juhu beach, Mumbai.

Visiting ISKCON Juhu feels like stepping into a divine oasis amidst the busy heart of Mumbai. The moment you enter, there’s a sense of peace that gently silences all worldly noise. The temple’s marble architecture, the enchanting idols of Sri Sri Radha Rasabihari, and the soft chants of “Hare Krishna” fill the air with pure devotion. 🌸 The evening aarti is truly mesmerizing — the rhythm of the kirtan, the sound of the conch, and the glowing lamps together create an experience that touches the soul. You can genuinely feel a spiritual connection here, something beyond words. 🙏 The temple is beautifully maintained, and the prasad as well as the food at Govinda’s restaurant add a wholesome touch to the visit. It’s not just a temple; it’s a place where faith, peace, and positivity unite. A must-visit for anyone seeking calmness and divine energy in the midst of city life. 🌼✨
