Overpriced, Misleading Menu, and Customer Service That's a Complete Joke!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a sprouted grain bagel online -- it was clearly listed as a "bagel type" option. It cost $6 (yes, SIX DOLLARS), plus an extra charge for butter. I figured, for that price, I'd at least get a fresh bagel. Instead, after waiting 25 minutes, I opened the box to find two stale, cold pieces of toast. Not a bagel. Not fresh. Just dry, lifeless toast that looked like it had been pulled from the back of a pantry.
But the real disaster was the customer service. I called to report the issue, thinking it would be a simple fix. Instead, I was met with a confused, unconfident employee who kept speaking in a questioning tone, like she wasn't even sure of the menu herself. She put me on hold to "check with the manager" and came back to tell me, with zero hesitation, that I would NOT be getting a refund. No apology. No explanation. Just a flat-out denial.
At this point, I was frustrated but ready to move on. But then, as if things couldn't get worse, the manager calls me back -- not to apologize, not to offer a solution, but to ARGUE. This person actually took the time to call me back just to double down on the fact that I would NOT be getting a refund. No accountability. No attempt to make it right. Just pure defensiveness.
This place is an absolute joke. They charge premium prices for what looks like Costco toast, mislead customers with their menu, and then have the audacity to call you back just to remind you that you're not getting a refund. If you like paying for overpriced mistakes and being disrespected by management, this is your place. Otherwise, take your money elsewhere.
