Today after checking out from Margaritaville Resort, we headed over to Island H20. Previously purchased from when we made our initial booking with the resort was 4 tickets, they were half off. We ended up having to purchase a 5th ticket, which was full price of $64.99. Be sure to grab a coupon if you're staying at the resort for $5.00 off.
A season pass is $69.99, season runs March-November. Single day ticket is $64.99.
We opted to rent a cabana as we were already sun burnt from vacation. Cabanas are spread throughout the park. We opted for one near the toddler area as we'd be spending the majority of idle time in that area. They come in packages, each level costs a different amount. We opted to choose level 1, which came out to be approximately $215. Level 2 was in the $300s and level 3 was in $400s.
Our cabana had a cooler with 5-12 waters, and the waters were contionous throughout our stay. We had a server, Nae, she was nice, and gave her opinion of what slides our party would most likely enjoy.
We later learned, that our server was the ONLY one servicing all cabanas in both toddler, and kid areas. It took over an hour to get our check. When you initially order within the cabana for food, they take either your drivers license or debit card. Suggestion for management, have a server for each section of cabanas. It was ridiculous, and after being there for 4+ hours, we were getting quicly annoyed. Not at her, at the lack there of hands.
My teenagers, throughougly enjoyed themselves on the red and blue drop slides, and the green family slide. The wave pool was nice, but didn't have many tube options. The lazy river was nice too. The toddler area was nice, but lots of sand and mulch in the water - which wasn't the most pleasant. But, my toddler, had the best time ever, literally we'd still be there if allowed.
Toddler area has 6 slides (green, blue, purple, red, orange & yellow), a boat slide, water sprayers, water tables, 3 swings and just an area to tread/swim if want. There were 4 life guards in the toddler area.
The kid area had a giant playground, the upper slides children have to be 40 iches tall. The bottom two slides (purple & yellow) - children have to be 32-35 inches tall. There were 3-4 lifeguards here too.
Directly next to this was an area to play water basketball, rope/lily pad obstacle and a pool to wade in.
Overall it was a nice day. Glad we saved it for our last day of vacation before heading home. It was nicely spaced out, and provided fun and enjoyment for my toddler, and 3 teenagers.
Teenagers did say they were surprised there wasn't any weight limits on the family rides, as they felt like they were going to fly off the green slide they got so close to the edge.
We'd come back simply because of the price, my toddler loved it and it's no where near as packed as other water parks in the area.
